- The teaching faculty is excellent. they are expert and have a very good knowledge about the topics.
- Scholarship will be soon arranged for the students who achieves by giving a test and is eligible for scholarship.it is important to be able to provide scholarship for althose who are in need .they need to be helped .
- Students will absolutely enjoy their campus life as there are various fests, different days are celebrated and the campus itself is very beautiful to enjoy.
Dislikes
- I don't like the faculty member of these college, also the hod is a liar.
- The admission process was not that difficult but the website was very bad to handle...
- Big line for paying fees, fees structure, no online payment available for many colleges

- Excellent and We'll Experienced Faculty and Staff. Compulsory attendance makes the Students to attend almost every lecture
- Other amenities are great as well. Swimming Pool, Gym, Cricket Ground, Basketball Court etc.
Dislikes
- ILS Hostel is not that great as far as Boys' Hostel is concerned. The facilities are sub-par considering they are charging 55000 a year.
Course Curriculum Overview:
ILS is affiliated with the Savitribai Phule Pune University hence it has to follow the university's curriculum. I think the curriculum needs to be up to date with the amendments and changes in the laws. However the curriculum does not really prepare the students to enter the world of practical law.

- Infrastructure and all the classroom are well designed.
- College Teaching Staff is fully optimized with PHD's.
- Placement and internship offers provided by college.

- There is nothing that we didnt like form college
- Sometimes the only one thing we dont like is water availability on some floors.
Placement Experience:
The placement of our college is awesome. Students from 3rd year i.e form sem 5 and 6 are getting placed with minimum 8 lpa. And the students from last year are getting placed in MNCs every year. Highest package is 70 LPA till now.

- Campus is Good and the placement offered is also good. Faculty is supportive
- The best part os we have army retired persons as our instructors and wardens, which makes our discipline go well defined.
- Well equipped gym and other facilities and all type of sports facilities Available
Dislikes
- I dont like the fact that college changes its professors in a year span.
- The area where the college is located is far away from pune which becomes a problem for students to go out.
- Proper hospitals are not available nearby. For any serious or emergency medical facility, we have to travel 40 km atleast
Placement Experience:
Our college provides 100% placements.
Students are provided with in house counselling sessions. Campus interviews takes place.
Our top package last time was 18L per annum
And we are still growing and has much more chances of improvement.

- This college helps in all round development of students, starting from academics to sports ..
- Lush green campus , with well developed infrastructure.. GOOD placement record from past few years
- Mess food is good on Friday and Sunday there is paid mess were we can have tasty food , good shopping complex area ..
Dislikes
- girls to boys ratio is quite less in number
- 75 percentage attendance criteria is not good
- Campus size I think is quite less it is 32 acre but campus is green and beautiful
Placement Experience:
After completing 6th semester from 7th semester they are eligible to sit for placement round ..
The companies like deuche bank , Microsoft , Amazon etc visit campus to offer placement and internships..
Around 98 percent students got placed this year ..

- The facilities provided work very well. Timely exams are taken for student attention
- The hostel is very good to stay at, WiFi, even the hostel timings are great.
- The mess provides great food and has quality.
Dislikes
- Parking space isn't enough, a shade must have been provided.
- College surroundings aren't appropriate, it's in a village
- It comes under sppu so the decisions are taken by the University itself making it not favourable most of the times.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Majorly, I developed an interest in programming during the corona days and had to proceed in that field itself. The faculty teaches very well, and every topic is taken into practicals and hands on approach is followed

- The college campus is very good with good infrastructure.The placement cell acts proactive as a result it gives the good opportunity to the rural and suburban students.
Dislikes
- The things I dislike about college is that these college is located in rural area.
Placement Experience:
From 3rd Semester students are eligible for fhe campus placement.The percentage of students placed is a 100 percent.There are tie ups with many companies for Placement. OM logistics ,Bajaj ,Godrej , Berger Paints,etc visit every year.

- The Competitive Programming environment of the college is pretty good. It creates a overall motivation to pursue coding.
- The alumni network is pretty strong and the alumnis have earned a good reputation overall in the US and India this presenting opportunities for the college students
- The students and seniors are well guiding and supporting for new freshers
Dislikes
- Very small campus in size and the facilities are not up to the mark
- The ENTC branch of the college is not well reputed due to its overstrict and rash decisions for the students
- Overall cultural of the college regarding art and other innovative things is not well supported and the mental health of students isn't valued mych
Placement Experience:
The students become eligible for campus placements from 7th semester. A wide range of companies enter the college for placements. The companies include Adobe, UBS, Amdocs, TCS, Dhruva and many others. The highest package offered is by Adobe almost for 25LPA. 95+% students who opt for placement drive get placed in the drive itself. A good no. Of students even opt for higher studies. I plan to get a good IT job via college placem6aftrr my degree

From the 7th semester every student becomes eligible for campus Placement highest package of our college is 19LPA which was given by Dharuva Softwares this year to three students of this college.For 2023-2024 from computer Engineering 50-60% of students have been placed

- The college competitive environment is so supportive and keep me pushing for my threshold
- The faculty is so supportive when we approach them externally
Dislikes
- The curriculum is a bit old it needs to be revisited once
- The PBL or project based learning are just for the sake of name
- The placement are not that good the tnp should bring more companies.
Placement Experience:
In my college students are eligibile for placements from fifth semester. They are valid to option for next three years even after graduation. Last year we got total of 1350 offers. The highest package was 1700000.

- Faculty was approachable and quite helpful
- Did not burden students too much on studies and assignments and encouraged them to participate in co curricular activities
- Did not consider low attendance as a major for failing or stopping students from giving exams
Dislikes
- Class strenth 50 is too high for a student to concentrate and teacher to focus on each student
- Practicals are done groupwise, less no. Of people get hands on practice
- Irregular lectures and students are informed at the very last moment about the things happening inside the college or aint informed at all
Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose this curriculum because i was interested in research field and to study about different diseases, their prevalence and prevention. This course helped to achieve what i looked for in this subject. Now i am doing masters' and now i understand how fine was the syllabus of fergusson college. Many things what students are learning here for the first time, i already learnt in my UG.
Laboratories should be renovated to match the curriculum and equipments are comparatively old and less in number.
College has continuous assessment during which students are evaluated based on their assignments (presentation skills), monthly tests and lastly end semester exams. Difficulty level is moderate, questions asked are concepr based.

What is your review of Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU)?
Saikat Das,studied at Savitribai Phule Pune University (2020)
One of my friends recently graduated from Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU). According to her, it is better to do anything rather than joining this institute. She mentioned some of the reasons that made her feel this way.
- The institute only focuses on making money and not actual education.
- The syllabus and curriculum followed by the institute are outdated.
- Practical training is not properly given, making students lag behind the industry demands.
- Basic things like a proper academic calendar are not provided.
- Re-evaluation is time-consuming and usually not done properly.
- A 60% from SPPU is not considered good enough for admission to other colleges. They do not consider it as first class.
- They are known to have the worst and uncooperative staff members. They are not at all helpful or considerate about any problem.
It is suggested that you do not opt for SPPU as they are highly unprofessional. They do not have a proper way to conduct classes, assemblies, extracurricular activities and get involved in everything half-heartedly. SPPU is a good example of how a university should be not.
