Placement Experience:

Students get eligible from the 6th semester for placements. Many companies visit our campus for campus placements like phonepe, and Paytm. The highest package is 20 lakhs and around 85% of students get placed. My plan after getting my degree is to get a placement with a good package.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It is the most trending course nowadays. There is a lot of carrier option. All faculties are highly qualified. They are mostly engineers. For 20 students there is 1 faculty. Teaching methods are good. Term exams are not timely. They suddenly declare about the exams.

Placement Experience:

After completion of semester 6, students are eligible for campus placements in the college. College makes the list of students and orders them with respect to their CGPA, Club membership, if given any competitive exams, etc. There are various companies visited in our college like Flipkart, Zomato, TCS, Wipro, JSW, and TATA motos. Students get an average package of 8 lakhs. Almost 80% of students get placements each year. I will also go for campus placements after completion of my degree or else I will go for some government exam.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose these courses because I wanted to be a coder as I have much interest in all technology-related things I prefer to be in computer engineering as it also has more scope for the coming further. The faculty is well educated and can take your syllabus without any issue but the main problem is the staff is changed again and again which can improve. The staff is educated and their teaching method is slow but effective. The term exams were difficult for us as the teachers are strict and the college takes all the care that no copy or other things are found in college.

SPPU: 1 Answered Question

What is your review of Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU)?

Sakshi Gupta
Saikat Das,studied at Savitribai Phule Pune University (2020)

One of my friends recently graduated from Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU). According to her, it is better to do anything rather than joining this institute. She mentioned some of the reasons that made her feel this way.

  • The institute only focuses on making money and not actual education.
  • The syllabus and curriculum followed by the institute are outdated.
  • Practical training is not properly given, making students lag behind the industry demands.
  • Basic things like a proper academic calendar are not provided.
  • Re-evaluation is time-consuming and usually not done properly.
  • A 60% from SPPU is not considered good enough for admission to other colleges. They do not consider it as first class.
  • They are known to have the worst and uncooperative staff members. They are not at all helpful or considerate about any problem.

It is suggested that you do not opt for SPPU as they are highly unprofessional. They do not have a proper way to conduct classes, assemblies, extracurricular activities and get involved in everything half-heartedly. SPPU is a good example of how a university should be not.
