- The teaching faculty is excellent. they are expert and have a very good knowledge about the topics.
- Scholarship will be soon arranged for the students who achieves by giving a test and is eligible for scholarship.it is important to be able to provide scholarship for althose who are in need .they need to be helped .
- Students will absolutely enjoy their campus life as there are various fests, different days are celebrated and the campus itself is very beautiful to enjoy.
Dislikes
- I don't like the faculty member of these college, also the hod is a liar.
- The admission process was not that difficult but the website was very bad to handle...
- Big line for paying fees, fees structure, no online payment available for many colleges

Course Curriculum Overview:
As a UPSC aspirant, I chose Fergusson college for its known quality Faculty. I wanted to make my basic knowledge very strong. That was my biggest reason for choosing this college. Till last year we studied all subjects and would get our specialisations in the second year. specialisations in the first year itself and that's great. Personally talking about the economics faculty in the college, I found it really good.. Overall knowledge of the subject is imparted. The syllabus does not limit to books. Many references are taken into consideration. Talking about the exam pattern. As the semester starts you'll get assignments that month. Then a 25-mark MCQ test and then the end semester. Honestly passing is not very difficult. And the assignments are really interesting.

The college is autonomous the placement in campus placement are great year.
College the college placement are increasing year by year.
Around 200 + companies visited in campus for placement.
The placement for IIT and CS branch are around 90%
Package of colleges around 5 to 6 LPA.

As college is now NAAC Agrigeted the Placement scenario is increasing.
The average package of college is 4-5 LPA
Overall 80 to 85 percent of students get placed
And for Cs/It branch the percent goes around 90%

from the 2nd semester itself, the students are eligible for campus placements. companies like Capgemini, wurth-it, Godrej,Infosys, TCS, and Sankey visit very often and make a good no. of offers. the average package is around 4-5Lpa for freshers. about 80-90% of students get placed. I plan to work and learn after getting the degree.

Every year college organizes the campus placement drive in which around 70-80 percent of students get placed in many IT companies as well as many core companies of respective branches. Many students also prefer higher studies in India or abroad

placement is good and the average for computer science branch is 15lpa etc 12lpa IT 13lpa and mech is around 8lpa. around 93% of students are placed. the company visiting are Google, Microsoft, Goldman Sach, dutch bank, Paytm, and some top companies giving good placement around 300 companies visited and made 450+ offers to the students. the highest ever package is 1 crore 15 lakhs offered by Amazon Dublin . most of the students are placed at the end of the 3rd year. my plan is to go for some good companies and then go for my startup idea which I have

From 7th sem students are eligible for campus placement. In 7th various companies visited like cognizant, Infosys, Wipro, etc.
Almost 80 percent of students placed every year. And also many companies visited the college.

What is your review of Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU)?
Saikat Das,studied at Savitribai Phule Pune University (2020)
One of my friends recently graduated from Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU). According to her, it is better to do anything rather than joining this institute. She mentioned some of the reasons that made her feel this way.
- The institute only focuses on making money and not actual education.
- The syllabus and curriculum followed by the institute are outdated.
- Practical training is not properly given, making students lag behind the industry demands.
- Basic things like a proper academic calendar are not provided.
- Re-evaluation is time-consuming and usually not done properly.
- A 60% from SPPU is not considered good enough for admission to other colleges. They do not consider it as first class.
- They are known to have the worst and uncooperative staff members. They are not at all helpful or considerate about any problem.
It is suggested that you do not opt for SPPU as they are highly unprofessional. They do not have a proper way to conduct classes, assemblies, extracurricular activities and get involved in everything half-heartedly. SPPU is a good example of how a university should be not.
