- The teaching faculty is excellent. they are expert and have a very good knowledge about the topics.
- Scholarship will be soon arranged for the students who achieves by giving a test and is eligible for scholarship.it is important to be able to provide scholarship for althose who are in need .they need to be helped .
- Students will absolutely enjoy their campus life as there are various fests, different days are celebrated and the campus itself is very beautiful to enjoy.
Dislikes
- I don't like the faculty member of these college, also the hod is a liar.
- The admission process was not that difficult but the website was very bad to handle...
- Big line for paying fees, fees structure, no online payment available for many colleges

Initial reasons for joining PICT was because it is a prestigious and reputable college that has distinctive teaching methods that produce great engineers. It is also famous for its high packages that companies offer during placement phase in last year. Good aspects : High packageGreat learning opportunitiesLots to learn and amazing co curricular activities as wellBad aspects : Strict teachersStrict attendance criteria and very harsh learning environments. Hectic and stressfulSmall campus and canteen. If you can deal with the negative aspects. It's the perfect college. To shape you into a tough and capable engineer.

After 1 semester we have internships and then after 3 semester we starts getting placed which college has tie ups with respective companies in our college amazon, Capgemini, yes banks, Mahindra these companies has visited to our campus to place students our college have 80 % students gets placed successfully and high package is around 9L - 10L per annum .

From 3rd/4th sem students are eligible for campus placement.
Infosys, TCS, Xoriant, Peristant, Avalara, Schlumberger, NTT Data n more companies visit campus.
The highest package provided is INR 7.5 Lacs and the average package provided is INR 3.5 Lacs.

Remarks:
The Sinhgad Institutes is a very reputed chain of institutions. The college was part of the the same family. RMDSSOE has a good reputation and intake for Mechanical Engineering and hence I chose it. The admission process was thorough CAP rounds. I chose this college in my first round itself. I was advised and foretold about good placement opportunities in Sinhgad Institutes fraternity, so I had no second thoughts. Then again my CET score was average so this was the best option I had.The campus is huge but it is shared by a school too. So that is something chaotic. Canteen is not so good and a bit small. But library makes upto it.

Prestigious and renowned It is a heritage college where renowned leaders and celebrities have studies.It has great cultural values .The teacher ahe very helpful .The campus is pleasant with full of trees.The library is great place to concentrate on your studies .Kimaya is great for chilling and cultural activities.College fest is really fun .

Placement Experience:
1)From the 5th or 6th-semester students start getting placement. In 3rd year students are eligible for placements.
2) There are a lot of companies visited as top names are Tata motors,Bajaj finace, Reliance, and many more 100+ companies visit every year.
3) The average package is 6.5 lakh per annum. The highest package is 23 lakh per annum.
4) Percentage of students who get placed is a minimum of 65% of students who get placed.
5) My first plan is to get placed in a company or to start a little business as my financial condition is not good enough. As my college also supports startups for students.

A lot of companies both multinational, national, and newly formed companies came for campus selection. We were given ample opportunities to select our field of work and accordingly sit for an interview. Good guidance was provided.

In the final year that is in the 7th and 8th-semester students become eligible for campus placements.
Different reputed companies like TCS, Amazon, Infosys, etc. visits every year.
In chemical engineering, very few students get placed.

Because it has a good reputation and actually the teaching staff is quite good and other things to mention are,it has hostel facility and big campus area,one can also take advantage of gym facility two big play grounds with different kinds of sports facilities and a separate auditorium for Tennis.

Placement Experience:
From the 7th, semester student becomes eligible for campus placement. IBM, BSNL and many more companies are visited in our college. The average package given was between 2 lakhs -5 lakhs PA. More students can be placed in big companies with good packages. After getting a degree I plan to do higher studies in chemical engineering.

What is your review of Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU)?
Saikat Das,studied at Savitribai Phule Pune University (2020)
One of my friends recently graduated from Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU). According to her, it is better to do anything rather than joining this institute. She mentioned some of the reasons that made her feel this way.
- The institute only focuses on making money and not actual education.
- The syllabus and curriculum followed by the institute are outdated.
- Practical training is not properly given, making students lag behind the industry demands.
- Basic things like a proper academic calendar are not provided.
- Re-evaluation is time-consuming and usually not done properly.
- A 60% from SPPU is not considered good enough for admission to other colleges. They do not consider it as first class.
- They are known to have the worst and uncooperative staff members. They are not at all helpful or considerate about any problem.
It is suggested that you do not opt for SPPU as they are highly unprofessional. They do not have a proper way to conduct classes, assemblies, extracurricular activities and get involved in everything half-heartedly. SPPU is a good example of how a university should be not.
