- The faculty student ratio good learning experience good teaching and mentorship good good teachers and good environment knowledge so much in teachers good all are good very good so positive environment
- I personally benefited from the "merit excellence scholarship" and also secured an on-campus job as a research assistant with a stipend, providing valuable financial support during my studies.
- I am confident that i will be able to find a good job after graduation, thanks to the strong relationships that my university has with top companies.
Dislikes
- The faculty is not that good. like the teacher i'm provided with are not that good
- Scholarships they have this crazy deal there, if you get detained in 1st year in any subject, or reappear in any subject, your scholarship will be gone.
- The placement of my college is growing but is not quite good right now

Cu provides good faculty alongside up to date curriculum. They teach most demanded tools and services like python power bi sql etc. they give theoretical as well as practical implementation making placement times easy

- Campus Life and Infrastructure and the cleanness
- Course examinations are quite easy to pass
- Diversity there are students from different states

- Relative Grading we have relative Grading system so there is tough Chance to get high CGPA
- Poor Staff staff will read content from pdfs
- Placements are poor this year as compared to previous years
Course Curriculum Overview:
I am a cloud computing specialization student so for the curriculum is mostly based on AWS for the first two years next full stack Development and azure for next 2years
You will have two mid term exams of span one month each next will have end term exam which is quite easy to pass.

- Infrastructure of the campus, hostel facility apart from food, no ragging policy, Duty leaves and medical leaves provided.
Dislikes
- More crowd in the campus, no proper faculty members, unnecessary subjects kept in the syllabus.
- No systems in labs, students should get their own laptops
Placement Experience:
The placements are dull as of now, due to recession and the companies would come with around 8-15lpa and above in starting and come down to 6 or below 6lpa after a few months. If the student is not getting placed, then the university is not responsible for that. There is a department called DCPD which takes care of the placements. Most of the companies have not intimidated anything after the assessment. The student should try off campus or can opt for masters if they are not getting placed in the campus interviews. The highest package is 1 cr and average is 8lpa. These are just the numbers which college had kept officially but there is no guarantee that these numbers of packages are correct. It all depends on the student's hardwork and skills. As of 2024, the percentage of placed students is 40% but half of them have taken referrals and fake NOCs in order to increase CGPA or to skip exams. Only TPP students are allowed to sit in placements.

- There a lot more need of practical implementation of technologies

Placement Experience:
This year due to layoffs there are not much opportunities as our seniors have. This year not more students get placed over all the branches. I am focusing on the offcampus drives by learning various types of technologies

- The college ambience overall is sooo good that the college building architecture and the peaceful evenings at the gardens.
- The college cafeteria complexes which have different types of shops.
- The college have high quality labs and rooms

- The college security staff is what I haven't liked
- The college transportation system which is not accurate as always
- Marking system of the university which is soo different and complex
Placement Experience:
*from the 5th semester itself students are eligible for campus placement.
*The main companies that visit the college are Amazon Google Microsoft Deloitte Accenture Infosys Wipro tcs and other big MNCS
*the percentage of students getting placed is 1:5 ratio
*My plan is to pursue masters outside India and create a carrier over there.
*Highest package offered by a company over the college is 1.5 crores which was an big hit that time but after that no students haven't achieved that level. It was an great achievement for the university

- Campus life , U can enjoy the campus life if u want todo enjoyment only
- Courses provided by CU are very helpful for career building opportunities

- High fee structure increment in every academic year
- hostel restrictions like passes for outing
- high strength increment in every year. There should be a limit in admission taking process

75% of students become eligible campus placement
Accenture, google, cognizant, SAP, Microsoft
highest package is 54LPA,
average package is 3-4 LPA
because of the recession this year 2020-2024 students do not get that much of offers. Nearly 35% students are placed
looking for a good internship after that I am going to do a masters in USA

- Campus life is the thing I love the most the atmosphere around here friends and all.
- Events, sports and clubs which gives you fun and memories with friends.
- Hostel life is the 2nd thing I like the most it's the best life time memories.
Dislikes
- Placements, now I am in 8th sem still 2-3 months left for us but still so many students are unplaced and college is also not bring and company for us in this month only 2-3 came.
- Teaching faculties some teachers can't even explain properly they just read PPTs.
- CU Management I hate the most because if you are having serious medical issue still they want you come to the class i had fracture then also they gave me only 10 days of medical leave.
Placement Experience:
from the end of the 6th semester, students are going to sit for placements.
this year a total of 905 companies came and they offer 9000+ offers for all branches.
companies like(IBM, NOKIA, SAMSUNG, DELL, ACCENTURE, DXC, KPIT etc)
highest is 54 lakhs and average is 3-4 lakhs per year.
for our batch only 20-25% students got placed due to resersion
my plans is to do job and gain some experience.

- Sports activities in the university makes students more active in college
- Teachers are more concerned about our in class and academic
- Campus environment gives a postivity to students
Dislikes
- Campus is a quite crowded especially the food courts
- Gate timigs are bit crazy and we need to show od card everytime to enter campus
- Campus have no allowance to public and guards are bit harsh
Placement Experience:
Student with all kinds will be eligible to enter the placement and higher cgpa students get higher lpa placements students have to learn aptitude and soft skills to get good performance in interviews , it will be provided along with the academic

- My classmates as well as atmosphere in class
- The campus life and greenery is a breath of fresh air
- The environment and infrastructure is also good

- Most of the department was not good. It can be improved
- The commuting to and from the campus is hectic
- Faculty can also be improved. Especially in this department
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum is as per PCI guidelines and nothing else was added as extra. Hospital training is also provided 50hours per year.
There are 3 midterm exams per year along with a final exam
The teaching is through offline mode that uses PowerPoint as well as hands on teaching

- The worst department is art and cultural

In my opinion, Chandigarh University is superior to other universities for the following reasons:
- Chandigarh University is recognized by UGC and AICTE. It is among India's top 5% institutions with NAAC A+ ratings. It holds the membership of ICAR, IAU, ACU, IEEE, ASME, ACS, and IUCEE. Further, BCI, AIU, PCI, COA, NCTE, CSI & NCHMCT approve the university.
- A total of 200 courses are offered at Chandigarh University with unbeatable ROI.
- Apart from CUCET, the university also offers admission based on national-level entrance examination scores like JEE-Mains, NATA, CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ CMAT etc.
