I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University Jalandhar Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The 3rd-semester students are eligible for campus placement. Dilos google etc are the many companies which come to take interviews for jobs. The highest package is 18 lakhs and the average is 4 lakh. 50 per cent of students get the placement. I also plan to do an MBA for a good package.

Before your last year, you can apply for placements and get placed in a reputed organization. Almost 50 percent of people get placed easily here as placement coordinators are very helpful. Many tech giants come every year.

It is from the last month students become eligible for placements on the campus and companies like Microsoft Amazon and many more big companies take part and they provide a very good package to the students. The highest package that our college has given is from Microsoft in which they have given the student 62 lakhs per annum The students which are getting placements have their percentage above at least 90%, however, some students with a below percentage have been also given good offers by the companies. My first plan is to grab the entire knowledge that has been given to me through this course and apply this learning in my life so that I can get a better job.

The 5th-semester students become eligible for campus placements. The average package for CSE/IT branch is 3.5lpa and the highest is 40.9lpa which was offered by Adobe in 2021. Around 70% of students get placed. My plan is to get into a MAANG complany after I graduate.

Our teachers and faculty members are very educated and disciplined. They all are good at effective classroom teaching, academic advising and counseling of students, applied research, or scholarly activity.

7th semester is the time when a company comes for an interview, The main company comes was Infosys, All try to hand offer letter from them. Only 30 percent person got them. There were many good companies visited and I got placed in one company Aon.

6 sem student is eligible for campus placement. You can take the internship in 1 ,2 & 3 year also. Here many companies are visited like TCS , COGNIZANT,TECH MAHINDRA, INFOSYS,HCL,SAMSUNG ,BYJUS etc Highest packega is 17 lac in Goldman Sachs And 4 lac is average package for students. Many companies see the profile and give the package after the interview. Here 80% student placed I want to join the MNC company.

Faculties are good and the qualification of most of the faculties are master's degrees. The semester exams paper is checked by PTU(Punjab Technical university.) But it isn't that difficult you can pass easily even if you have a habit of studying one day before the exam.

From the fifth semester, you are eligible for campus placement Google amazon, Microsoft, Wipro TCS and around 600 The highest package is 40 lakh and the average package is 10 lakh and various types of profiles are offered like software developer, web developer My plan is to take a job in a multinational company

During the 7th semester students become eligible for campus placement. MNCs companies visited in our college like Google, Microsoft, TCS, Accenture, Tech Mahindra,, etc .40.6 LPA is the highest package and lowest will be 3 LPA placement of this college about 80% students were placed in this course. My plans after getting a degree must be to do Mtech.
