Anna University Chennai M.Arch : Fees 2026, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

Ans. Candidates must hold a B.Arch degree from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 55% (50% for SC/ST category). A valid score in the CEETA-PG examination conducted by Anna University is required. Candidates with a GATE score in the Architecture paper may also be considered for applicable seats during CEAP counselling.

Ans. The total fee for the 2-year M.Arch programme is INR 1,18,660, payable over 4 semesters. Semester 1 is INR 41,560 and each of the remaining 3 semesters is INR 25,700. Hostel accommodation is optional and available at up to INR 78,700 per year, charged separately.
