IIT Madras Cutoff 2026: JEE Advanced Opening & Closing Rank, Round-wise & Category-wise Trends

The GATE 2025 cutoff for admission to IIT Madras in the General category ranges from a score of 944 to 487. The admission cutoff for M.Tech Integrated Circuit Technology is 944, followed by M.Tech Computer Science and Engineering at 881. Other competitive programs such as Microelectronics and VLSI Design, Artificial Intelligence & Data Science, and Electronic System Design have cutoffs in the range of 881 to 829. Less popular courses, including Petroleum Engineering, Nanotechnology, and Clinical Engineering, show admission scores between 487 and 513.
