- One of my senior got placed in Couch Base for 34LPA CTC another got placed in Unilever for 42LPA but this was for CSE and related branches while few of my seniors got decent package from mechanical branch too 8-12L in companies like Mercedes a Euler ~ Anonymous, B.Tech
- FFCS. A study who is facing difficulty to study more, can take less number of credits and it will reduce the burden of the students. And the student can also Complete the entire course in 4 years instead of 5years by taking maximum no of credits. ~ Supriya R Patil, B.Sc + M.Sc
- Campus Life in Vit is simply magnificent.All types of facilities are provided inside the campus including sport complex and restaurants.The girls to boys ratio in Mechanical engineering is surprisinly high of about 1:7. ~ Mithilesh Angal, B.Tech

- I don’t like how the student and faculty ratio is 60-40 ~ Praveen Kumar, BCA
- Lot of exams yearly 3 exams in a semester 2-3 quiz and 1-2 DA ~ Kartik Navnath Narare, B.Tech

- The campus is very nice and the study vibes hit the best
- Faculty and support staff are very well behaved and take care of all our needs.
- The use of technology for smooth operation in college is the reason it's a very distinctive college.
Dislikes
- Transport facilities aren't that good, and we need to walk a lot.
- Mess food is under the quality and sometimes I skip meals to avoid the bad taste of food.
- The language barriers cause a lot of discrimination in daily life. Non- Tamilians aren't respected the way Tamil residents are.

Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum is the best part of the college. For the first semester you are assigned the courses and you are compulsorily asked to attend all of them. But from second semester its the student who designs his curriculum. The student has his/her full liberty to design teb curriculum, the subjects that he needs or not . Any extra minors to be attended, it is fully upto the student.
The liberty to design and choose your curriculum makes students be more handy and more into networking with seniors and other facilities.
The resources provided by the college is the best. Best libraries and best computer department to be ever seen.

- Many I liked my fest time we have many events where we enjoy a lot
- I liked the system of making time table , in our Clg every student makes his own time table by choosing respective course and faculty
- You are also having the option to choose your own faculty so it is the best thing about our clg
Dislikes
- Strict rules of hostel in time and can’t go to other block after 9
- The hostel mess food due to less hygine and clen

Placements in our Clg is good but due to. More strength there will be more competition for placements and every thing for placement your cgpa will matter and due to the heavy crowd you can't get exposure easily so you can jain any club over here and you can achieve exposure from them which will be more helpful while placemnets

- Vit campus is good. It's huge. Greeneries are there.
- The hostel and mess facilities are also good.
- The faculties are decent enough. I got my physics and thermodynamics faculty very good. Others were good enough.
Dislikes
- The college is quite far from the hostel.
- The rules are very strict. They will not let you go even outside of the college.
- Fruit shops, and groceries are outside the campus. So if you want that you need to take permission for that.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum is very well designed and easy to understand for students. Students who are willing to do engineering will gain interest in the subjects more. The exam patterns and frequencies are also well.

- We can select the teachers we want and the timetable favouring us
- Extracurricular activities,events, diverse student population

- The college feels like it is over crowded
- It's my personal opinion it seems as though the college officials favour Tamil speaking students
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course is diverse we can select what ever subjects we want to learn also the course Focuses a lot on the requirement to the industry tht we will be joining in the future they take us to industrial visits which gives us a clear picture on how the things we learn in class are applied in the Industry

- Infrastructure is good and provide every facility within the campus
- Opportunity given by college is very nice and is best for enhance skill
Placement Experience:
Almost every company such microsoft ,Wipro,cognizant etc.comes in the campus to recruit students
Almost 700 companies visit college. The average package is 9 lakh and highest package is 1.2 crore BTech

- the culture in vit is quite open minded you can find people from various backgrounds
- number of clubs present in vit, there is a club for every interest in here
- the main cultural event riviera which happens some time around february
Dislikes
- the academic pressure to be relevant and need to be 9 pointer
- the crowd vit is really really crowded you can feel overwhelmed at times
- the fees is too high for 5th category ofc
Placement Experience:
stressful but they try to provide placements for maximum people
recent years due to recession people have not received much high packages but everyone without backlog can opt to sit for placements they have specific placement prep in 3rd year

Placement Experience:
Placements are good and several companies visit ..there are different criteria for shortlist and selection based on marks grades technical knowledge and coding skills from the company's point of view and they do provide training as well

- The gender ratio is 1:1 in this campus that is one of the things I liked in my campus
- The campus has great infrastructure and all facilities are available here.
- We get very good placement opportunities here so that is also a great thing about this college
Dislikes
- The campus is very crowded the total strength is around 30000.so you will feel it very crowded
- Due to huge strength in this campus there is a lot of competition in terms of placement you have to be on top get placed
- Here pda guards will which is not a good thing we see in colleges
Placement Experience:
The placements here are excellent and are improving very well every year this year our college got two one crore packages which is a very good thing for a private institution the average package here Is 10 lakhs per annum which is also a very good thing for a private institution so I can say that this college has very good placements

- vit collage has nice infrastructure and good environment
- there will be more clubs to improve your social skills
- vit conduct both technical and non technical events
Dislikes
- the attendance policy is strictly maintained
- the collage is far away from the nearest city
Placement Experience:
students become eligible for campus placements after completing 5th semester
there will be more than 100 companies visited to vit every year in those companies best componies are microsoft,google,infosys,wipro,apple etc...
the average package will 8lpa
in vit the placement percentage is 92

- the campus is too crowded, there is too much crowd whereever we go
- some labs are bad and and some techers are bad
- the rules and regulations are strict and intime and all
Placement Experience:
the placements in vit is quite good as it offers wide range of oppurtunities to all to sit and papply for placement , the actual placement starts at the start of 4th year and interships come at start of 3 rd year an higest package is 1.3 cr and average is 8 lakh which is really good
