EWS and NC-OBC eligibility was 81 overall. SC was 66, and ST/PwD was 42. JAP 2027 cutoffs will be published after CAT 2026 results in December 2026.

Does IIM Kashipur conduct WAT or GD for MBA admission?

No. From the 2026-28 batch onward, IIM Kashipur does not conduct any WAT or GD. The selection process involves only the CAT score and a Personal Interview. The PI is conducted online and is evaluated jointly for all four JAP institutes.

Work experience is not mandatory. Freshers can apply and qualify. However, candidates with 18 to 30 months of experience earn the maximum 15 out of 15 points in the work experience component. Less than 6 months or more than 36 months scores 0 points.

The total fee is approximately INR 20,80,000 for the two-year programme. Year 1 fee is INR 11,20,000 (tuition INR 10,86,000 plus other fees INR 34,000) and Year 2 fee is INR 9,60,000. Fees are subject to revision by the institute and should be verified at the official portal before payment.

JAP stands for Joint Admission Process. IIM Kashipur, IIM Raipur, IIM Ranchi, and IIM Tiruchirappalli run a combined shortlist and PI process under JAP 2027. Candidates fill one application form, attend one Personal Interview, and are ranked independently by each institute for their own merit list.
