Cheap and student friendly environment, I did my UG degree from same college and I am quite familiar with the PG course and faculties. But why I need to write 200 words, short is sufficient. Is it required?

So my parents do not allowed me to join college in other state or other City so my friend suggest me that to this college which is located in my city.
