University of Calcutta M.Tech Information Technology: Fees 2026, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

Ans. The M.Tech IT admits primarily through GATE CS (Computer Science and Information Technology). Related GATE papers may be accepted as per the notification. Non-GATE and sponsored candidates can apply through the Departmental admission test at the Department of Information Technology.

Ans. The total programme fee is INR 36,300 for two years, payable in annual instalments. This government-regulated fee covers tuition, session, and laboratory charges as per the 2026-27 university fee notification.
