University of Calcutta Ph.D Geography: Fees 2026, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

Ans. For Cycle 1, 2026, no separate university entrance test is conducted. Candidates must hold a valid score in UGC-NET, CSIR-NET, SET, or GATE before applying. Selection is based on qualifying exam score with 70% weightage and a departmental interview with 30% weightage.
