EIILM is known for its better placements than most other colleges in Kolkata. It was one of the very factors why I chose the college in the first place. Last year's batch has almost been placed in various top companies and institutions.

Over 200 companies have visited BIBS like Dabur, Nestle, Google, Britannia, etc have recruited students from there. They have been consistent when it comes to placements. 10% of the students have also place internationally and the highest CTC for the year 2019 was 13.5l per annum.

It's the best college in kolkata that won 24ghanta award for its excellence and placement, all the faculties are too good always motivating the students, engaging them in different activities thus bringing the best out of them. The winter and summer internships provided by the college help us to learn, experience the corporate background.

Students get placed from the 3rd semester. Berger paints, LG, pantaloon, shopper stop, ICICI bank, HDFC bank many more companies come for placement. During the lockdown, the college provides us with 100%internship from various companies and provide us with continued interviews until everyone gets placed

From 3rd-semester students are eligible for campus placements. The companies visited in our college i.e. Itc, nestle, byju's, Berger paints, icici bank, induslynd bank, Bandhan bank, Colgate palmolive India ltd., times of India, taj Bengal, amri, naukri.com, etc. Avg. Package 4 lpa. The highest package is 10 lpa. 85%age of students getting placed from marketing specialization and 60% of students getting placed from hr specialization.I want to do a good job at the maximum package.

The students are eligible for campus placements right from the end of the second semester. Also if the students perform well in the winter internship program during the first semester, they are also given pre-placement offers by the company. Each and every student are given multiple offers from various company such as ICICI Bank, IndusInd Bank, PayTM, Dabur, Nestle, Britannia, Pantaloons, Shopper's Stop, and others. Each department gets multiple companies. The highest package ranges from 15-20 LPA and the average package is 5 LPA. EIILM Kolkata has the reputation of providing placements to about 100% of the students. After completing my MBA in Human resources, I Plan to join the construction industry as a Human Resources manager, so that I can apply my technical knowledge to evaluate the candidates, both as a Civil Engineering graduate and as an HRM professional.

The Career Counselling and Placement Cell of the college is meant for providing guidance to the students to develop their overall personalities and help them meet challenges in their life. The cell provides a good and conducive setting to the students so that they can identify what and how they can opt for to get themselves marketable in future. The cell has been ever active in motivating the students to become career-oriented. After getting my degree I want to continue MA from the college.

BIBS had a decent record of good placement in reputed brands and had a good course structure. However the roles in which placement were given were at the very base level and below oar with minimum package. Admission process was smooth with the admission faculty. According to NAAC score, this college is in top 10 in india, but score is just a number, after achieving autonomous status, this college started some rule that destroyed many students 1 year study, this rules never be in students faver, after autonomous this college's teaching techniques and syllabus changed in a way that never help up to crack competitive exam, I recommend a college where no one pressure me to study what they want's to tech me, my department teacher's behaviour to students is very bad, they don't care any student's problem.

Because my institute is only one institute better than all institute. My institute facilty are good better than other institute.my college campus is very clean.college campus fully decorated.a big playground of my institute. Admissin process is very simple. Offline & online both.
