There is the system of complete placement in government medical centers and district hospitals along with places like primary health centre, secondary health centre and so on. It provides internship as well. The stipend is hefty enough.
Not so much job offers but yes they provide a must do internship in which you get only7700?/month for which you have to do a daily duty of min 8 hours or long depending on your seniors mood.you don't get holifays in this time
