- 8000 is tution fees here and lots of scholarship like e grants and many other for students and lower caste people getting more scholarship...as a aid ... and it's nice policy mcm is a good scholarship
- The faculty to student ratio is appropriate they provide great support highly skilled faculties good quality mentoring good in interactions and helping in study they reach out to us for any help regarding the syllabus
- Life in gec us best best policy,best pics and best freedom here is best and nice we can think well and well established life here is peace peace fullued with peace no dugs no other misallenious activities in gec
Dislikes
- The ladies hostel in our college is the shittiest ever .
- There is no playground's in my college so we missed a lot of activities there.
- No of students interested in b.tech is getting lower and lower by year

Placement Experience:
The placement is provided from the college partially. We are eligible from 5th semester towards it's preparation. Iam in 4th semester so i do not have much clarity about it. I think only less than 20% chance is there for placement. If not in campus placement we can try it outside the college but it will be a bit harder for us to crack.

Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum is good and if we follow it in the right way, it is quite easy. The exam dates are in a way having enough study leaves, so it is easy for us to be prepared for it. Basically, the course is divided into even and odd semesters. But now, it seems like everything is the same. Even if it is an even or odd sems, the no of working days is less. We dont have much time for studying or for being well prepared. It is a major fault

- Easy to reach as it is located near to railway station and public transport station and close to the main Thrissur town
- Different clubs and activities to cherish and upgrade skills and interests of each student

- Way of teaching can be improved, involving methods using video classes and practical sessions
Placement Experience:
Various placements are offered by our college in every courses of btech. Computer science and electronics and communication engineering are on the topic in the list placed graduates. Placements are also offered for civil engineering. But mainly students chooses for mtech or other higher options or government exams in this field

- The college campus nice and clean and the college do encourage extra curricular activities
- The faculties present in the college also for efficient perhaps one of the greatest teachers that I encounter was there

- The college could support more on extra curricular activities rather than on
- Management show less interest in college fest and events
- The management is treating the faculty members with less respect so if they don't do that they would be more friendly towards us
Course Curriculum Overview:
Since I have taken the latest course robotics and automation I study almost latest technology but I found myself studying for subjects from mechanical which is study of solid mechanics and its kind of ways of time but other than that other curriculum is up today and makes me push my limits

- Sports and extra curricular activities are encouraged.

- Food is not good cause it is vegetarian only
Placement Experience:
Students from S6 are eligible for placements. There should be no backlogs . They particularly want students who secured more than 8.5 sgpa in university exams . The interview is Exclusively for well performing students.

- There are lot of college functions, cultural fest, sports, games etc...
- Canteen is very well clean and it have a 4 star rating.
Dislikes
- The hostel food of the college is not really good
- There are some sort of "sadhacharam" in the college campus hoping it will completely be swiped of in coming years
Course Curriculum Overview:
Our course curriculum is based on the provided syllabus from KTU Technological university . And from this year Amal jyothi is an autonomous college. The curriculumm will provide us enough knowledge after studying the course we have selected.

- Well experienced faculties who teaches you very well.Extra classes will be given to you if you have any difficulties with the subject.They are very friendly towards the students.
- Overall the collage is good.It has a vast placement option as compared to other self financing collages.The classrooms and overall atmosphere of the collage is good for the students and helps them focus on there studies.
- While saying about the hostel.It ensure discipline neatness and good food
Dislikes
- As compared to other colleges the number of programs and other celebration are limited here.But after a sem we become adjusted to the rules and regulations of the collage.
- I felt that some of the faculties have a small partiality towards some students.
- If we need to move to our home from hostel we need to take hostel pass which is approved through the etlab application, sometimes I feel difficulty in using this app .
Course Curriculum Overview:
As a civil student the collage provides a good curriculum.I provides us with good labs which have all the equipments we need for studies.As a civil student I think practicals are more effective than theory classes as it helps us to show real world application.I think the course curriculum has to give practicals more that theory topics.

Placement Experience:
College has a very good functioning placement cell.College give placement training from 2nd semester onwards. students can participate in placement interviews from 6th semester. All students having a CGPA above 6.5 can participate in campus placement.

Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum from the university is an average. many papers or subjects are old theory which lacks application in the current scenario. There should be more focus on developing a syllabus focsuing the current system and scenarios.
