- 8000 is tution fees here and lots of scholarship like e grants and many other for students and lower caste people getting more scholarship...as a aid ... and it's nice policy mcm is a good scholarship
- The faculty to student ratio is appropriate they provide great support highly skilled faculties good quality mentoring good in interactions and helping in study they reach out to us for any help regarding the syllabus
- Life in gec us best best policy,best pics and best freedom here is best and nice we can think well and well established life here is peace peace fullued with peace no dugs no other misallenious activities in gec
Dislikes
- The ladies hostel in our college is the shittiest ever .
- There is no playground's in my college so we missed a lot of activities there.
- No of students interested in b.tech is getting lower and lower by year

Aur faculty is good at touching. They teachs very well. They gives notes for all topics. All faculties are friendly to the students. Faculties are activities are less active in program. Some teachers teachs very fast.

- The faculity was very good and facilities provided was also upto the standards. The overall college ambience was also very good compared other nearby colleges.
- The placements statictics is extremely great and i personally got 3 offers with a minimum package of 6LPA and more.
Dislikes
- The syllabus and academic structure need to be updated to current formats regularly.
- The revaluation and fee for the same is very high and its process is very slow.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I first didnt knew why choosed this course but when i think about it now its been the best course and the perfect one for me because of the placement oppurtunities, a great college life and the overall experience i got from 4 years.

The curriculum is great. They all adequate subjects not only core engineering but also other subjects which you need in your daily life applications. They help you develop a wide range of skills. The lab classes are also evenly adequate.

- I like the aspects of my college. And I love the atmosphere of my college. And I think our college needs lots of improvements.
- The faculties are really awesome in proving their teaching skills. They are really friendly with us. Their mentorship quality is appreciative.
- Our campus has a long infrastructure including campus amenities and learning facilities. And our college is NBA accredited.
Dislikes
- Facilities needs to be improved. It's a hilly area and vehicles are provided only to the main block. Not to every department. Their are kilometers distance between each department. That's so dislikeable.
- Faculties are very strict sometimes. They are academically active but for arts and sports they are not so supportive.
- Course curriculum really helps to improve our personal skill development.
Placement Experience:
As per our department placements packages are not so bad. Placements are comparatively high for computer science and engineering department. Currently we are third year students so not appeared for any placements till now. We are focusing on the studies right now. The fourth year students are eligible for campus placements. In our department 70 above students has been placed in different companies.

- One thing is beautiful atmosphere in rainy and cold seasons three must be full of fog it is very good and I liked that atmosphere
- In summer season also it is not heavy hot and in some days fog also there and here is more places to visit and it is a wonderful place to study
- And the most important is it is a friendly campus and there is no ragging and more entertainment and the teachers are more friendly with us
Dislikes
- Transportation facility is very poor notmuch poor but it so difficult but after evening buses for other routes direct bus not be received
- For some sim network is very bad and in rainy season also some network error
- Most worst situation is hostel we dont like the hostel life it is very bad and the hostel food also ver bad
Course Curriculum Overview:
It is very good according to me the exams they conduct during the series test for marking the internal mark is more efficient and it helps us to make talends helps for preparation of the final exam and also they cover the entire syllabus it is very good

The placement start from semester 7, but a lot of students got placement offers even in Semester 3 with the help of some exams .

- It is a good university for doing btech nice syllabus
- Good faculties who help us to achieve excellent skills
- Moreover ktu is one of the best university in kerala
Dislikes
- Univeristy is situated in trivandrum is a disadvantage
- Reaching trivandrum for any matter is hard for me
- Grading system and result publication is still slower specially supplementry results

- Yeah coming to my college experience what I liked in MCET. I'm 2019 batch student in civil engineering field which I took by my intrest. 1st thing I liked was there was no Uniform dress code yes there was color dress code that we should wear half
- Sleeve and normal pants after 2nd year we go to respective branch blocks and get relaxed the uniform was introduced from 2021 batch onwards and we were lucky. 2nd thing I liked was the friendly nature of the staffs in civil engineering, 3rd thing was
- The college fest and occasion wise celebrations like onam, Christmas, 4th thing was the campus environment it's good to sit out side in breaks, 5th thing and the best one COLLEGE IV which usually gets at 3rd year and we got at 4th yr due to Covid.
Dislikes
- Our canteen provide good food witj reasonable price which is something good. And coming to dislike 1st: No placements for civil, mech, BT.. Most of the placement provided for CS, EE, MCA, 2nd thing:- Play ground could have much more bigger to conduct
- More games, 3rd thing:-fees structure is so bad they charge extra for transport, bus, pta and unnecessary funds should pay then only they provide the hall ticket for exam that was there psychological move, 4th thing:-Teaching staffs not so friendly
- For other department.2019 civil branch was lucky as they got the best staffs for them. Last but not the least as it is a private college strict and rules will be there create your own vibe with friends don't wait for the vibes to come bcz you wontget
Course Curriculum Overview:
As I took civil engineering Field with my own intrest. As it will give you a vast career opportunity world wide. As a passout with civil engineering certificate we won't get to a good job with 3-6lpa. In civil engineering Field all we need is experience the experience matters everywhere you go. As I worked as a site engineering for allmost 1year then with experience only you can get to some good position in civil engineering Field and it's not like computer science where we get good package from freshers onwards from studying CS. And don't compare with any other course that will lead to nothing you've choosen it and now it's your responsibility. To gaining experience you get less salary from your freshers career. But I recommend after Btech do a 1yr pg or 2yrs which will boost you career advantange and can claim a good Lpa in future.

The course curriculum has a reall wide range on the area it actually covers as biotechnology and biochemical engineering is a really vast area of education. The curriculm almost covers every aspect but as mentioned above everything is rushed so grasping may get a bit har. But if u are okay with it then it s perfect
