- 8000 is tution fees here and lots of scholarship like e grants and many other for students and lower caste people getting more scholarship...as a aid ... and it's nice policy mcm is a good scholarship
- The faculty to student ratio is appropriate they provide great support highly skilled faculties good quality mentoring good in interactions and helping in study they reach out to us for any help regarding the syllabus
- Life in gec us best best policy,best pics and best freedom here is best and nice we can think well and well established life here is peace peace fullued with peace no dugs no other misallenious activities in gec
Dislikes
- The ladies hostel in our college is the shittiest ever .
- There is no playground's in my college so we missed a lot of activities there.
- No of students interested in b.tech is getting lower and lower by year

- Campus, comparing from nearby college this college had good visual beauty may be because of the college been part 2-3 movies. Visually the college are too good with nature
Dislikes
- The Placement is weak as there is no opportunity to get a proper core based job from what you studied mainly job opportunities come from call centres which doesnt require Btech to study. This personally felt too sad to be here to get placed in core.
Course Curriculum Overview:
As of the college comes under Ktu syllabus it has already has demerits of the university.
Curriculum basically doesnot provide a realworld application uses. Just creates a knowledge on the course (and thats doubt)
We need to courses outside the college to get the core jobs outside

- Collage canteen is so good,tasty food with affordable price
- We can bunk the class any time whenever we want

- Principal, faculty,staffs and the non teaching staff's
- No enough students, No cultural programs
Placement Experience:
placement at Rist are average,Students become eligible from the 7th sem.companies like TCS,Qspiders and ICICI bank visit,with average package around 3-4 LPA.I plan to pursue higher studies or internship

- I like being and the teachers and roses were highly qualified and where prevail previously working in the CGS institution like CT and question in Mysterio science and technology and like that
- And nothing is that a location of the colleges in the heart of Trivandrum city easy accessible for all kind of students
- Nanda college something that we could around afternoon we could actually out of college so it was not that kind of something

- Display the fact that we don't have any placement in our college
- Also the camera is only around 5 acre so not so much Canvas life
- And also not take related even sir any first that's not provided in our college

I think the first 3 years was absolutely on the basics of the computer science like the technology is used in back 1978 is so I think that may be reduce and we need to purpose on what exactly the complete the computer application we need for the industrial requirement of today so that was one disadvantages will be in the curriculum

- Actually i liked the infrastructure of the college even though our college is not very vast
- Our college is in the centre of town, which makes the day scholar students for easy transport
- Our college faculties are actually good. They are very cooperative with us
Dislikes
- Canteen food is the worst. They only provide food in small amount which doesnt make us satisfy. Even though we complaint about it, there is no action from the college
- Our college hostel is not actually good. Cause it is very far from the college so it make the students very uncomfortable and they dont Even provide us college bus for transport
- Our college ground is too small. So our talented students cant even practise football or any other sports with that small ground
Placement Experience:
Actually our college provide decent placemente for computer engineering students.But it is very low for electronics engineering and electrical engineering. From Sem 6 onwards students are eligible for campus placement. Companies visited in our colleges are likely ranstad, ibm, infosis, vipro etc. The highest package ever recieved to a student is 12 lakh per annum and the average package is 3 lakh per annum. Percentage of students getting placed in our college is likely to be around 60.my plans after degree is to take mba and go abroad

- good indoor gym will good equipment’s and all time open
- good and long football ground with all necessary maintenance

- lots of stray dogs around and inside campus
- the basketball court is not well maintained
- no cricket court and no cricket team in this college

of the famous companies that come here for placements. from every class of 65 students almost 90%get placed somewhere.

- The college has a beautiful campus with greenery everywhere ,also the campus is super clean
- SCET emphasizes strong academic performance
- high placement unit,NSS cells, various programs including women empowerment and much more
Dislikes
- some students felt that the academic is more prioritized
- there are some strict regulations on student activities which lead to the cancellation of some of the programs but i think it is for the betterment of the students
- teachers take classes during break time ,since we have only 10 minute break
Placement Experience:
placement is high with some branches 95 percent
companies that visit are mostly software companies like wipro,infosys tcs etc.
several companies make multiple offers .
if not placed graduates often pursue higher studies

- College appreciates everyone with expected facilities
- College provides us with variety of programmes all around
- College has wide variety of placements oppurtnities
Dislikes
- Pricipal very strict such that no other programs are appreciated
- In college places like landscapes where students can sit are less
- There is no parking for students cars when we bring we have to place it outside
Placement Experience:
Students are eligible for campus preference from third semester onwards
There are many companies which I can make because of many reasons
Highest salary package is very good and loves. Package is very bad.
Students placement percentage is very good and also very comparatively bad

Course Curriculum Overview:
We are having nice subjects and syllabus which are helping us a lot in building a project. But personally I prefer advancement in certain subject rather than following up some traditional technological subjects.

The University's Main Campus covers 189 acres and is bordered on the north by the Adyar River and on the south by Raj Bhavan. The Madras Institute of Technology at Chrompet is the University's second campus, spanning 52 acres. Taramani, Chennai, has a third campus that spans 5 acres. These campuses have a variety of buildings that serve the University community's various needs.
ISRO has given Anna University the task of creating the "Microsatellite" known as ANUSAT.
It is the first university in India to have a satellite that will carry payloads for technological demonstrations. ANUSAT, which weighs about 35 kg and uses 40 W of power, will function as a store and forward communication station. There are ground stations at MIT, AU, and IIT Kharagpur. The total cost of the project is Rs. 5 crores, and a clean room is included. A facility for assembly is established at the MIT Aerospace department. The structure is built at the College of Engineering, Guindy, along with significant power and other electronic subsystems. Software for thermal, control, orbital, ground and payload systems is created by MIT and Anna University departments.
