Remarks:

The climate here is excellent and the place is more close to nature as it's full of trees and tea plantations. The place is a famous hill station and is covered in dew most of the time. The weather is cold here.

Remarks:

Positive- Good building structure. nice campus atmosphere educated and experienced staffs, good faculty, comfortable class rooms, free from city disturbance. Negative- High fee, far from city, roads are congested, always traffic during peak hours.

Remarks:

Other than academics the college offers a vibe - GEC VIBE that holds all of us by a knot. It cant be explained in works but can be experienced by the one studying here. The freedom is key feature that makes us experience this vibe

Remarks:

A negative remark about the college would be its rules. It s still strict out there. Students find themselves in jail like situations quite often than not. They arent allowed to leave the campues after 9 till 4 30. Girls students hve to enter the hostel bt 5 or are reported to the principal.

Positive remarks on lbs college of engineering kasaragod was very well teachers are there and very well lab facilities are there. College was situated in a peaceful place.so many extracuricculum activities are there, Negative remarks are the placement cell want to work more efficiently.

Remarks:

The positives are that there are a lot of activities and the college is very active in co curricular activities like sports. The negetive is that, the academics is not practical application based. The college stands by marks more than skills.

Admission:

Wrote keam and got qualified and got admission through Keam options. I put my college as my 3rd option. And due to some confusions in the seat availability in other colleges , now im studying in the management quota.

Remarks:

The campus is having good green shade of trees. The campus is fully anti ragging campus. All are given there own freedom to use the facilities in the college. No one will come to question you for any thing which is not harmful to others.

Now the management is not supportive. They reduced the income of faculties. It causes the faculties to conduct strike in college by this strike the problem is solved now this is the negative about the college.

The current world ranking is 1168. The national ranking is 25. Education Rank is 530 in terms of quality. The alumni employment ranking is 1488. The research Performance Rank is 1111. The overall rating is 69.3. 

The University's Main Campus covers 189 acres and is bordered on the north by the Adyar River and on the south by Raj Bhavan. The Madras Institute of Technology at Chrompet is the University's second campus, spanning 52 acres. Taramani, Chennai, has a third campus that spans 5 acres. These campuses have a variety of buildings that serve the University community's various needs.

ISRO has given Anna University the task of creating the "Microsatellite" known as ANUSAT.

It is the first university in India to have a satellite that will carry payloads for technological demonstrations. ANUSAT, which weighs about 35 kg and uses 40 W of power, will function as a store and forward communication station. There are ground stations at MIT, AU, and IIT Kharagpur. The total cost of the project is Rs. 5 crores, and a clean room is included. A facility for assembly is established at the MIT Aerospace department. The structure is built at the College of Engineering, Guindy, along with significant power and other electronic subsystems. Software for thermal, control, orbital, ground and payload systems is created by MIT and Anna University departments.
