Remarks:

The days I spend there are my worst days. I don't like that college or that management or faculties who have a lot of ego and complex in their mind. They didn't ever loved us except some of them who had quit college because they even can't adjust with that college.

In kerala entrance my score is 510/960, number of options (colleges) arethere. But i opt tkm because several reasons. Excellent teachers (most of them are IITians). Well infrastructure, placement is also not bad finally good academic result.

Remarks:

College management is not so student friendly. Because it takes unwanted actions against students for silly cases and small mistakes. Also there is not so much facilities provided for the fee paid

Remarks:

Those who are interested to study well during their college life, this is the place for it. Some times you may feel there is a lack of freedom, but it is all for your future it is a good career formation centre. I have no doubt about that the campus is quite beautiful and infrastructure is also very nice.

Entrance Preview:

Kerala State Entrance Exam is required to get an Admission at Sarabhai Institute of Science and Technology. I scored around a rank of 8000, I was interested to learn Instrumentation and it was the best college available and was under Cochin University of Science and Technology.

Remarks:

No bad remarks. Bus and hostel facilities are good. Campus is very green. Faculty are excellent.It is in trivandrum 19 km from city center.

Entrance Preview:

I attempted LET (Lateral Entry Test) and got rank 3 in the entrance. There was no doubt in selecting the college as CET as commonly called is the first Engineering college in Kerala. With lot of Alumin's around the globe, the college has one of the best placement record for the previous students.

The current world ranking is 1168. The national ranking is 25. Education Rank is 530 in terms of quality. The alumni employment ranking is 1488. The research Performance Rank is 1111. The overall rating is 69.3. 

The University's Main Campus covers 189 acres and is bordered on the north by the Adyar River and on the south by Raj Bhavan. The Madras Institute of Technology at Chrompet is the University's second campus, spanning 52 acres. Taramani, Chennai, has a third campus that spans 5 acres. These campuses have a variety of buildings that serve the University community's various needs.

ISRO has given Anna University the task of creating the "Microsatellite" known as ANUSAT.

It is the first university in India to have a satellite that will carry payloads for technological demonstrations. ANUSAT, which weighs about 35 kg and uses 40 W of power, will function as a store and forward communication station. There are ground stations at MIT, AU, and IIT Kharagpur. The total cost of the project is Rs. 5 crores, and a clean room is included. A facility for assembly is established at the MIT Aerospace department. The structure is built at the College of Engineering, Guindy, along with significant power and other electronic subsystems. Software for thermal, control, orbital, ground and payload systems is created by MIT and Anna University departments.
