- 8000 is tution fees here and lots of scholarship like e grants and many other for students and lower caste people getting more scholarship...as a aid ... and it's nice policy mcm is a good scholarship
- The faculty to student ratio is appropriate they provide great support highly skilled faculties good quality mentoring good in interactions and helping in study they reach out to us for any help regarding the syllabus
- Life in gec us best best policy,best pics and best freedom here is best and nice we can think well and well established life here is peace peace fullued with peace no dugs no other misallenious activities in gec
Dislikes
- The ladies hostel in our college is the shittiest ever .
- There is no playground's in my college so we missed a lot of activities there.
- No of students interested in b.tech is getting lower and lower by year

- The seniors are very caring and like to do things collectively
- There are many tech events and clubs which will enhance the students creativity
- The students are the core of my college all of them wants to do things creatively and create a change in the society
Dislikes
- We have a small campus and not well maintained.
- In my college the students are the ones who should look after each other. Teachers won't teach us like in the schoolsmind us
- Students should study ourselves as teachers will be busy with their research
Placement Experience:
From 6th sem onwards the internships starts and students can check with companies for internships. The placements starts at the 7,8 sem. Top companies like Google nvidia Amazon have visited and made handful of offers in the past years. The highest package till now is 54 lakhs offered by de show n co.
My plan after degree is to get placed in a company and gain work experience of a year and get an MBA in the future for a better career.

Student at Rajagiri School of Engineering and Technology become eligible for placement in the 7th semester.Top companies like Infosys offer roles with higher package at 15 LPA and an average of 6 LPA..

- Athmoshere of college is an amazing factor. The campus is eco friendly & a lot bamboo trees are there which felt as a postive factor. We have an open gym where we can workout during lesiure time
- We have a tech fest named Tharang which is held on 2 days on odd semesters. It is great event & important event of the college. We have coding session, motor show, gaming sessions, conserts etc., which is a kind of stress busters.
- Faculty is really helpful & Academics are going in a systematic ways which helps the students learn more. Skill development & other coding related course awareness are given by the respective faculties which is very helpful.
Dislikes
- Sometimes i felt like the college is a little bit strict.
Placement Experience:
Well im not that much aware of the placements since i havent reached that level yet. Im just on my second year, But 100+ companies are taking students in campus interviews. s7 s8 students are eligible for placements. The maximum LPA offered till now is 1200000.
I will be trying placements. If i couldnt persue i will be trying out of campus placements or masters.

The placements at my college are quite strong with a high percentage of students securing jobs in their field the career services team is proactive hosting regular job fair and networking events that connect students with potential employers

Course Curriculum Overview:
Mechanical engineering is evergreen course ..it has lot of oppurtunity in india and other world this is the main reason i choose this course..faculties have to improve more practical courses ..the exam are very difficult

- The college is good and all and also it has a really big and good campus.And also the freinds and facultys are also great.
- The college in regards with the placement some courses has placements but some do not have
- The support and guidance this college is providing is not bad and it is great.

- Some things i dislike about the college is there food as they do not have intrest in making good food
- Also sometimes the facultys at certain times can be a little over strict

The course i took is chemical engineering and it has a really good scope in the future.Our teachers and curriculum are doing their best efforts to bring us the awareness of how relevant and useful this course can be.

Btech is a well known course in India. There is lots of job oppurtunities in the world. Right now the world depends upon technology a engineer plays a crucial role in the infrastructure of the country

- Doubt clearance was properly provided by faculties

- There was no enough exposure and opportunities
- There is no enough placements as expected
- Enough resources was not available for assistance
Placement Experience:
Only after the completion of the entire course students become eligible for the placements provided. This is a new batch on this course and so there are no previous placement examples but there are enoigh companies ready to provide the same

- There is a good cooperation among students and the faculty each other.
- A good relation is maintained across senior students and junior students. They view each other with respect and kindness.
- College canteen is very well maintained and they provude good and healthy food to students and staffs. There us also a separate snack bar for refreshment drinks and snacks.
Dislikes
- There is no escalator or elevator system in any of the college blocks ..also only one block supports differently abled people to go upstairs.
- The dustance between each blocks are very long. Students have to walk much to reach other blocks which takes time
- Labs and workshops are situated away from main buildings which also tiresome to tlreac.
Placement Experience:
Currently no campus placements are going on,the employement oppertunities of cyber security are high during course completion as keeping the internet secure is one if the most key ethical principles of
Networking.althought there are no placements now..placements are available during the 7th and 8th semseters ..companies like UST global and mahindra have visited for such purposes with avg package of 7 lakhs per anum

The University's Main Campus covers 189 acres and is bordered on the north by the Adyar River and on the south by Raj Bhavan. The Madras Institute of Technology at Chrompet is the University's second campus, spanning 52 acres. Taramani, Chennai, has a third campus that spans 5 acres. These campuses have a variety of buildings that serve the University community's various needs.
ISRO has given Anna University the task of creating the "Microsatellite" known as ANUSAT.
It is the first university in India to have a satellite that will carry payloads for technological demonstrations. ANUSAT, which weighs about 35 kg and uses 40 W of power, will function as a store and forward communication station. There are ground stations at MIT, AU, and IIT Kharagpur. The total cost of the project is Rs. 5 crores, and a clean room is included. A facility for assembly is established at the MIT Aerospace department. The structure is built at the College of Engineering, Guindy, along with significant power and other electronic subsystems. Software for thermal, control, orbital, ground and payload systems is created by MIT and Anna University departments.
