- 8000 is tution fees here and lots of scholarship like e grants and many other for students and lower caste people getting more scholarship...as a aid ... and it's nice policy mcm is a good scholarship
- The faculty to student ratio is appropriate they provide great support highly skilled faculties good quality mentoring good in interactions and helping in study they reach out to us for any help regarding the syllabus
- Life in gec us best best policy,best pics and best freedom here is best and nice we can think well and well established life here is peace peace fullued with peace no dugs no other misallenious activities in gec
Dislikes
- The ladies hostel in our college is the shittiest ever .
- There is no playground's in my college so we missed a lot of activities there.
- No of students interested in b.tech is getting lower and lower by year

We are said that there would be campus selection at the final year. And we are given personal trainings for improving our skill for attending the campus interviews. The chances of getting placed are about 80%

- Have good placement opportunities for all the departments
- Have good programmes like cultural fest tech fest etc

- Alot to walk in the college premises have a large area
- Old classrooms with old benches for some classes
- College canteen doesn't have wide range of food variety it's limited
Placement Experience:
From 7 semester placement companies will arrive to college. We have highest package companies like Alstom L&T and further more. Highest package of 18LPA are available. 70 percentage students get placed in the placement

- Great infrastructure and experienced faculties

- College located in rural area.Have to walk a lot.
- Politics in college and in mens hostel .
- Disturbance of dogs and mostly at night in college and hostles

From 6th semester,Campus placements are offered.The highest package offered was 14 lpa and the average package was 2 lpa in almost all government colleges under KTU.More than 75% of students are getting placed.

- The students in the college is very friendly and like minded. Ragging is strictly prohibited inside the campus
- There are many technical and non technical clubs present inside the campus helping students to develop and practice skills.
- The college is well known for the events conducted. Freshers get to experience so many events and ice breaking sessions
Dislikes
- The syllabus is affiliated to KTU and is not very updated. Its the same old syllabus and there is no much practical knowledge gained through the syllabus.
- Lab facilities are poor compared to the reputation of the college. Many equipments are not properly working especially the connecting probes
- Infrastructure is also poor compared to how good the college is ranked. Many buildings are very old including the classrooms.
Placement Experience:
The college is well known for the placements and salary packages it provides. Many companies of national and international standards offer placements with salary packages ranging from an average salary of 6,00,000 to 50,00,000. Some of the reputed companies that offer placements are Texas Instruments, Scheighder, Infosys, Technopark, Caterpillar, Oracle, Shobha Constructions, Tismo, Unacademy, etc.

Placement Experience:
Almost 60% of the final year students got place previous year and 85% of students got placed in 2022 . Placement assistance and placement training are provided to students from 2nd year onwards.Students also get the opportunity to mingle with alumini members every week .

- The college provides very good number of placements with quite decent salary packages compared to other state funded and private institutes in Kerala.Average salary packages range from 6,00000 to 9,00,000 and higher packages exceed up to 50,00,000
- The campus life is very lively and enjoyable. Many big technical and cultural events including Dhwani and Dhrishti being one among the most popular events held in South India are conducted every year.
- The campus has many number of technical and non technical clubs including RoboCet, AstroCet , Herakles racing club, etc which help students to improve and develop their technical and professional skills.
Dislikes
- Even though it is one among the premier institutes in India and the number one government college in Kerala,the college lacks proper infrastructure. Many buildings are very old and the classrooms are not very good.
- Lab facilities are poor and in some labs students have to wait to get properly working instruments. As for me since I am pursuing Btech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering,I must be extremely patient as probes an instruments work poorly
- The professors are all well educated but many have poor teaching skills compared to their experiences. Many teachers lack communication skills and it is difficult to gather knowledge just from the classrooms alone.
Placement Experience:
The campus placements begins from the sixth semester onwards. Many reputed companies of national and international origin come for placements.This include Microsoft, Infosys, Technopark, Schneighder , Tesla , etc and provide good salary packages ranging from 6,00,000 to 50,00,000 lpa. Most students with no supplymentary exams during their course get placed in any one of the companies.

- I appreciate the fact students have their own freedom to freely conduct programs and events in the college but
- The various clubs in the college enhance interaction among students
- Has teachers who are approachable during doubts
Dislikes
- Studying Architecture limits the time available for life apart academics
- The library has an early curfew time which limits time spent there
- The facilities like drinking water and lifts could be improved
Course Curriculum Overview:
Most of the curriculum has things that not very relevant to the course. The theory subjects contents could be improved so as to benefit practical output. The internal exams happen twice in a semester by around 2 months apart sometimes the time is not nought to complete the syllubus

Placement Experience:
The placements in MITS are good. According to the placements in 2024, which is ongoing 365 offers were made with companies like L & , V-Guard, South Indian Bank, Vanenburg topping the list. In 2023, the top pay-package was 15 LPA from Cadence. 2022 batch had 508 total offers with 12 LPA being the highest pay-package.

- Class rooms and canteen are also good. Not the best
- Fees are very low comparing to other collages

- Not giving good placements. Only 1 or 2 good companies good. Others are average
- I'm not interested hostel. But my friends in hostel always saying that the food is not good.
- Some faculties are not treat all the students equal. Not every only some
Placement Experience:
Placement are not the best. But EY , federal bank, TCS are some the prominent companies that are coming. The negative thing about placement is most of them are offering marking jobs. So if you are someone who is interested in operations this is not the collage you want to in.

These campuses have a variety of buildings that serve the University community's various needs.
ISRO has given Anna University the task of creating the "Microsatellite" known as ANUSAT.
It is the first university in India to have a satellite that will carry payloads for technological demonstrations. ANUSAT, which weighs about 35 kg and uses 40 W of power, will function as a store and forward communication station. There are ground stations at MIT, AU, and IIT Kharagpur. The total cost of the project is Rs. 5 crores, and a clean room is included. A facility for assembly is established at the MIT Aerospace department. The structure is built at the College of Engineering, Guindy, along with significant power and other electronic subsystems. Software for thermal, control, orbital, ground and payload systems is created by MIT and Anna University departments.
