- 8000 is tution fees here and lots of scholarship like e grants and many other for students and lower caste people getting more scholarship...as a aid ... and it's nice policy mcm is a good scholarship
- The faculty to student ratio is appropriate they provide great support highly skilled faculties good quality mentoring good in interactions and helping in study they reach out to us for any help regarding the syllabus
- Life in gec us best best policy,best pics and best freedom here is best and nice we can think well and well established life here is peace peace fullued with peace no dugs no other misallenious activities in gec
Dislikes
- The ladies hostel in our college is the shittiest ever .
- There is no playground's in my college so we missed a lot of activities there.
- No of students interested in b.tech is getting lower and lower by year

We are the 1st autonomous batch in our collage and everyone said to us we are going to be damn...but it's not like that oru curriculum is far better than them..cause in our curriculum them include sports, yoga, coding classes as well. it help us to improve more and more

- Very good freedom youll get in the campus, thus u can have plenty of chit chats happrning around
- Very good and supportive faculty, they help u in every way
- U will personally like the architecture of our campus

- Some faculties may not be that good but will manage with em later
- Anti ragging policies in the first sem never lets u create a bond with the seniors
- Canteen food has a history of food poisoning but now there isnt any cases yet

The course is more depending on your analytical and creative thoughts rather than thinking like a bookworm...u be late in one submission evrthn becomes late.better keep up with the pace. If you cant faculty may support and guide you

- the doubt clearence from teacher side is not good
- college programs are conducted less than other colleges
- they dont follow ktu calender system and doesnot provide sufficient holidays
Placement Experience:
There are many famous companies comming for placement like Wipro , Fedral Bank , Infoysis , Mahindra Arise , Tcs , Southerland etc. from seventh semester ownwards placement training are given and companies comes for placement. Around 65% students are only getting placed

Course Curriculum Overview:
Btech Mechanical Engineering is the course I took.It is a very nice course to every students especially boys.I'm interested in Machine designing that's why I preferred this course.All exams are easy to crack.

- I liked the infrastructure and laboratory in our college
- And the basic facilities they provide and the management encourages all kind of entertainment and events.The college union is always on top for organising different events
- The faculties,even the guest lecturers are so good and well experienced
Dislikes
- I didnt like the college hostel facilities especially mens hostel
- There are dogs and cows roaming around the campus which a littld bit discomfort to many students
- Canteen is sl basic and sometimes food will be out of stock very fastly
Placement Experience:
Students will get placement training from third year onwards and it'll be in 4th yr also.Every year college provides maximum number of placement opportunities and there were 50+ companies last year.They train the students placement oriented.

- Hostel food is good compared to other colleges
- Neat and clean surroundings. Nature friendly
Dislikes
- Hostel timing is different for girls and boys hostels. Girls hostel is strict.
- Occasions are very low . Canceling out some occasions for useless reasons.
Placement Experience:
From s7 onwards placements are started. Placement trainings are given from s5 onwards. Students with 6cgpa and above can apply for the placements. Last year 68% was the placement percentage for the civil dept.

One other attracting feature of our college is that they provide huge placement opportunities. Many companies like TATA, MRF, SHOBHA,L&T,etc are regular to our college. Highest placement offered to my knowledge is SHOBHA around 12LPA. I also hope to get placed after my degree completion. If not higher studies is my plan B

- Campus life and infrastructure is very good.
- Teachers and non teaching staffs are very supportive and helps us in all matters with studying and other matters.
- There are a lot of festivals and collage events are awesome.
Dislikes
- Paper valuation is so rigged, because they fail you even if you have written above pass mark for getting money from revaluation.
- When we give revaluation the subject which we have less than 20 mark will come out having good grades considering the pass mark is 40. So from that we can understand the valuation is so inefficient.
- Semesters are shortened, we have to study portions which should take 6 motnths in less than 3 months so there is much rush in teaching.

So there were less campus placement in our college before but after a new principal came our placement drives have been real active. Last year around 150+ students got placed in famous placement. The highest was 4 LPA . Leading companies in communication and programming fields comes here.

- Most of the facalities are good ,Teachers provide all support to students .
- The collage functions are very amazing and sct have south indias one of the best cultural festival
- The collage have a good vibe and climate ,nature.
Dislikes
- Some of the collage facalities are not so good in teaching , They tried to teach in their way . but most of students dont understand the concepts.
- The collage have a space limit ,goverment need to provide more space . Due to lack of space students cant able to explore the collage life .

our college provides good placement opportunities for the students. Companies like Tata Elxsi, SADA India, Mu-sigma, IBS, Nest Digital, Zifo, Infosys, etc recruit students. The college has a placement cell that functions very well, the college provides placement training to the students every year. the college conducts some placement activities for students to prepare for interviews.

These campuses have a variety of buildings that serve the University community's various needs.
ISRO has given Anna University the task of creating the "Microsatellite" known as ANUSAT.
It is the first university in India to have a satellite that will carry payloads for technological demonstrations. ANUSAT, which weighs about 35 kg and uses 40 W of power, will function as a store and forward communication station. There are ground stations at MIT, AU, and IIT Kharagpur. The total cost of the project is Rs. 5 crores, and a clean room is included. A facility for assembly is established at the MIT Aerospace department. The structure is built at the College of Engineering, Guindy, along with significant power and other electronic subsystems. Software for thermal, control, orbital, ground and payload systems is created by MIT and Anna University departments.
