- 8000 is tution fees here and lots of scholarship like e grants and many other for students and lower caste people getting more scholarship...as a aid ... and it's nice policy mcm is a good scholarship
- The faculty to student ratio is appropriate they provide great support highly skilled faculties good quality mentoring good in interactions and helping in study they reach out to us for any help regarding the syllabus
- Life in gec us best best policy,best pics and best freedom here is best and nice we can think well and well established life here is peace peace fullued with peace no dugs no other misallenious activities in gec
Dislikes
- The ladies hostel in our college is the shittiest ever .
- There is no playground's in my college so we missed a lot of activities there.
- No of students interested in b.tech is getting lower and lower by year

Course Curriculum Overview:
Course curriculum is intermediate. Syllabus is made with focusing more to the theory topics.We also have practicals,but it is very less.We need to learn extra courses from outside to boost up our skills

- The bond between inter department students is a main positive
- There is good opportunity for arts in MECAF arts fest. It is a good program
- Have some kind of career guidance and placement assistance.
Dislikes
- Some of the faculties couldn't know how to take classes
- The hostel timing for girls is not flexible
- The management is all against the opinion of students.
Placement Experience:
The placement assistance is good, but the companies for placement is very poor and they offer 10k to 15k salary. In my case after btech I will learn certain skill for 8 months and enter the job for the appropriate skill.

- The faculties are well qualified. We can reach the college easily
- There are many professional societies like ieee to help students develop their skills
- There are art and tech fest conducted each year
Dislikes
- Infrastructure is not really great,but college is now undergoing construction
- There is no closed auditorium with basic facilities such as power backups
- College canteen is small and doesn’t have many optioins
Placement Experience:
As far as I know the Coll provides good placement.students from 3rd year will be eligible for placements. tata had visited the College and I guess few students got placed. Mano of the Sri without backlogs get place

- College provide us the opportunity to explore and to acquire excellent skills.

- There are nothing much to dislike about the college .
Placement Experience:
Our college provides campus placement. There are several companies coming for campus placement. There are several criterias for the internship which depends on individual companies. Around 60-70% of the students get placements every year. The highest packages are 7-8 lakhs per year

- NSS COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AKATHETHARA IS COMING UNDER KTU. IAM STUDYING IN THIS COLLEGE . THE INFRASTRUCTURE OF THIS COLLEGE WAS SO GOOD. THERE ARE APPROXIMATELY 130 ACRES.A LARGE AUDITORIUM, VOLLEYBALL COURT LARFE GROUND ETC ARE PRESENT HERE.
- CAMPUS LIFE WAS SOO GOOD. THERE ARE SO MUCH PROGRAMMES HERE LIKE TECHFEST,ARTS FEST ,SPORTS FEST ETC.
- ALL THE FACULTIES HERE ARE WELL EDUCATED AND THEY HELP US IN EVERY SITUATION. THEY TEACH VERY WELL. YHEY GIVE ME ALL THE INFORMATIONS WE NEEDED AT THE CORRECT TIME.

- HERE UNIFORM IS COMPULSORY FOR THE ALL FOUR YEARS . WE CAN WEAR FORMAL DRESS ONLY WHEN THERE IS ANY PROGRAMS
- DURING SUMMER SEASON WE FEEL SO MUCH HOT HERE BUT THE COLLEGE GIVES LEAVE AND THEY STARTED TO TAKE CLASSES IN ONLINE
Placement Experience:
THERE ARE GOOD PLACEMENTS HERE
MANY FAMOUS COMPANIES LIKE IBM, FEDERAL BANK,TCS,INFOSYS, INFOPARK ETC COME HERE FOR THE PLACEMENT. 12 LPA IS THE HIGHEST PACKAGE HERE .
IN THIS YEAR OUT OF 70 STUDENTS 60 STUDENTS GOT PLACEMENT AND MORE THAN ONE OFFERS IS FOR ONE STUDENT.

- The fees!. College of Engineering Trivandrum (CET) have a very low fee structure compared to NIT's IIT's and other private universities. We have a very good return of investment since most of the students first salary is their 4year College Fees.
- Have a very green environment and location of college is just 9km from Trivandrum city so a very peaceful environment but just a 20min ride to any hangout spaces
- Strong alumni connection over 40 countries.
Dislikes
- Faculties are well qualified but somewhat lazy to teach
- Mechanical labs are getting less updations.
- Research environment is comparatively lower
Placement Experience:
Placements in CET is pretty neat. And will be varied according to the tides in the corporate world.
Students can sit for on-campus placement by the end of the Sixth Semester.Off campus have no restrictions.
There is a dedicated Career Guidance and Placement Unit in our college which works solely for the placements of the students.
In 2020-2021 CET had a record placement of 650+ offers from 100+ Companies.
Even during the global job crisis times we had around 400 offers from 50+ companies
Companies like Amazon,IBM,CRED,CISCO,TISMO,Texas Instruments,Air India,MRF,L&T,Royal Enfield, Hundai,Microchip, SHOBHA Developers,Saint Gobaintec and many other companies has came for placements this year.
Around 60% students are placed this year even though the placement is less in all colleges across India.
The highest package for this year is 33 lakh for Texas Instruments and average package is around 4 Lakh to 5 Lakh.

- The curriculum is well structured and provides a good balance of theoretical knowledge and practical application.
- The emphasis on on research and innovation is commendable and students are encouraged to engage in various academic projects and seminars.
- The faculty are highly qualified and experienced in their respective field.
Dislikes
- The main building is a bit old and looks lousy.
- There can be an overwhelming number of events organised at the same time making it difficult for us to balance our academic and extracurricular activities.
- The college wifi does not work from time to time.
Placement Experience:
The students are eligible for placements after the 5th semester. The computer science department generally has the highest and the most number of offers generally. This year the highest offer was 52LPA from DE Shaw and Co. The average package is around 6-8LPA. Almost all student except the ones who opt for highest studies get placed.

- The principal was not a good person and almost everyone in the college including the teachers disliked him
Placement Experience:
So placements are not at all good at this college and not enough companies especially looking for eee students come here. The annual package the companies offer are also very low with a maximum of 4lpa to a minimum of 2 lpa. Companies like sutherland are one of the mass recruiters from the college. I plan to study further after i complete my degree

- I really loved the location of the college. This college is located at a hillside with a lot of greenery and trees.
- The faculties and senior in this vollege were amazing and very supportive.
Dislikes
- College timing are a bit long. It starts from 9 in the morning and ends at 4 in the evening.
Placement Experience:
Our college provides great placements to every students in the college. almost every students gets placed every year. Different companies like Wipro, Infosys, etc are some of the companies were students gets placed.

Course Curriculum Overview:
As there is a course outcome and course theory all the topics and modules are taken on the basis of this.All classroom are digital and there is proper lights and fans.And because of that it is the perfect environment for teaching and also students to learn.Exams are taken on series levels and semester levels.They are moderately difficult

The University's Main Campus covers 189 acres and is bordered on the north by the Adyar River and on the south by Raj Bhavan. These campuses have a variety of buildings that serve the University community's various needs.
ISRO has given Anna University the task of creating the "Microsatellite" known as ANUSAT.
It is the first university in India to have a satellite that will carry payloads for technological demonstrations. ANUSAT, which weighs about 35 kg and uses 40 W of power, will function as a store and forward communication station. There are ground stations at MIT, AU, and IIT Kharagpur. The total cost of the project is Rs. 5 crores, and a clean room is included. A facility for assembly is established at the MIT Aerospace department. The structure is built at the College of Engineering, Guindy, along with significant power and other electronic subsystems. Software for thermal, control, orbital, ground and payload systems is created by MIT and Anna University departments.
