As this is a newly developed college so there are fewer placement opportunities but it had a great placement with its first batch passing Fir civil students 100% placement was offered and for electrical students, 96% placement was offered which was very good as no can dream of getting 100% placement with a newly developed college.
Yes, internships are provided by my college in the very first year of engineering in iitram.this is the only college which provides internship in various NGO and some government organizations.
Placement opportunities is good as it is a newly developed college.in it's first passing batch it had 100%placement for civil students and 96% placement for electrical students. Many of them opted for further studies in abroad. Some of them started their own buisness.
Yes it provides internship in first year rest of the years one has to arrange for them the internships.in first year no stipend is given to children's.
The institution has a good track record of placement in several industries such as Torrent Power, Adani Infrastructure, ISRO, Maruti, and many more. But most of the students prefer for higher studies and they are either doing M. Tech or MBA from reputed institutions across the globe.
The short answer is yes. Internships — paid, unpaid, or for College credits — count as experience and should be added to your resume, especially when you're a recent College grad. Experience is experience, and the skills you gained during your internships are worth sharing on your resume.
Placement and Job opportunity will be better as time progresses as of now there are very few placement opportunities, and yes colleges do have tie ups for few internship and they are good, however they do not provide any stipend if some do, its very meagre.
