After reading the course objectives, I decided to pursue this course; it provided me with theoretical foundations for understanding how employees are motivated to accomplish organizational goals. The course has helped me develop skills to attract, reward, design, and retain human resources. I had gained knowledge of the strategic, analytical, and practical tactics of human resources management, formulate ambitious administrators with an influential sense of principles and social responsibility and learn how societal changes require organizational change.
For pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, I chose California State University after sending my applications to four other colleges. I have my siblings working and studying in Los Angeles so, California State University became my ultimate choice. I want to be a Human Resource Manager, so I decided to pursue BSc in Business Administration with Human Resource as majors. For applying, I created an account on the college website, provided my school grades with subjects that I studied in the 10th and 12th standards that are 89% in 10th in science and 90% in 12th in commerce. The application fee was $55.
Course Curriculum :
Since I've always wanted to be a Human Resource Manager, I decided to pursue this course as this course's main objective was to provide me with theoretical foundations for understanding how employees are motivated to accomplish organizational goals. Help me develop skills to attract, reward, design, and retain human resources. Develop knowledge of the strategic, analytical, and practical tactics to human resources management, formulate ambitious administrators with an influential sense of principles and social responsibility, and learn how societal changes require organizational change. To graduate with an undergraduate business degree, I had to complete a minimum of 120 units with a minimum GPA of 2.0 or higher.
As my relatives were settled in the USA, I decided to continue my studies there. I did a lot of research and came to know about California State University where creativity is encouraged and the university prepares the next generation of leaders for the rapidly changing environment. I had secured a GPA of 8 at my high-school and had applied at the university through an online application form after paying $55 as an application fee. I had chosen the university as it was ranked 5th nationally.
Course Curriculum :
The subjects included in the curriculum were economics, managerial accounting, international business, and management information systems, with diverse learning workshops included for the students. The program was very helpful in providing organizational learning, with classroom lectures to us. The course required completion of a minimum of 120 units.
After completing my schooling, I started to apply to design schools in the USA as I had interior design as one of my interests. Soon I received the selection letters from two universities. California State University - Long Beach was the best for me. It resulted profitable for me in terms of both cost and value. The college helps to shape every moment of my life by providing a challenging environment.
