I chose California State University after sending my applications to four other colleges for my master's education. I have friends living and studying at California State University, so it became my final choice. For becoming a Human Resource Manager, I needed in-depth and quality education in the mentioned field, so after completing my undergraduate degree graduation in psychology, I decided to pursue a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management. For applying, I created an account on the college website. The application fee that I had paid was $55.

    Course Curriculum :

After reading the course objectives, I decided to pursue this course; it provided me with theoretical foundations for understanding how employees are motivated to accomplish organizational goals. The course has helped me develop skills to attract, reward, design, and retain human resources. I had gained knowledge of the strategic, analytical, and practical tactics of human resources management, formulate ambitious administrators with an influential sense of principles and social responsibility and learn how societal changes require organizational change.
