I wanted to join this program as I knew that I wanted to secure my career and the University of Delaware will help me do so because of the value of it's degree. So, after securing a GPA of 7, I had to submit an online form. My application fee was around $70.
Course Curriculum :
The mission of the applied physiology Ph.D. program is to provide advanced training to us in the field of applied physiology with the goal of preparing me for research-based careers. Areas of in-depth study are driven by faculty research and encompass cardiovascular physiology, exercise physiology, musculoskeletal physiology and neurophysiology.
One of my friends in my school always used to talk about her cousin did a major in marketing from the school and how she is now making so much out of it, got placed in an amazing company -Amazon, have a six-digit salary and is a permanent resident of the state. So I talk to her about all the procedures and I found that cost of studying here is still less than compared to other universities. So, I paid $75 and applied to the college online.
Course Curriculum :
I love the way the curriculum is divided so that we don't get burdened with all the difficult subjects at the same time and do the students especially like me don't lose interest or the classes become boring and dull.
I have lived in Delaware my whole life and love it here! I love the master's speech pathology program at the University of Delaware too, you start working with clients two weeks into the program and they value experience over classroom learning.
Course Curriculum :
The curriculum for my master's program, in particular, is both challenging and rewarding. While I have not started my master's program yet, my undergraduate career was filled with research experience and hands-on learning activities.
Wide range of academic programs and a fantastic marching band. It was important to be able to keep music in my life as well as academics! I was even able to minor in piano while studying neuroscience.
Course Curriculum :
It was a good blend of electives and basic science courses, though I do wish there were more upper-level neuroscience courses to take. We did get to take 2 graduate level courses (I took 3), but it would have been nice to have more even at the undergraduate level.
I chose the university of Delaware due to the close location to home (3 hours) and the campus environment. I really liked how it had a college feel but also didn?t feel isolated from the world like some other colleges felt.
Course Curriculum :
I really enjoy the course curriculum at the university. I am a double major and feel I have received adequate exposure to both fields. I have also taken classes unrelated to my majors that have provided me with insight into other aspects of business.
