UPRTOU Result 2026 is out for the June 2026 Term End Examination (TEE). UPRTOU is Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University, Prayagraj. June 2026 results came out from June 29 to July 4, 2026. December 2025 results followed from March 28 to April 25, 2026.

Each theory paper has 70 TEE marks and 30 assignment marks. A student needs at least 36 percent to clear a paper. Below that, the paper is marked incomplete and must be taken again.

Candidates check the result with the enrolment number on uprtou.ac.in. No password or date of birth is needed. Unhappy students can seek Challenge Evaluation. They must apply within 30 days of the result.

UPRTOU Result 2026 Portal by Result Type

UPRTOU uses different pages for different kinds of results. A wrong page is the usual reason a result fails to load.

How to Check UPRTOU Result 2026?

The result opens only through the enrolment number. The steps below work for all TEE results.

  1. Open the UPRTOU website at uprtou.ac.in.
  2. Click "Result All" under the Examination menu.
  3. Pick the session: "Result June 2026" or "Result Dec 2025".
  4. Find the course row and click "Click Here" under "For Results".
  5. Enter the enrolment number and click "Result".
  6. Click "Print" to save the provisional marksheet.

Example: A B.Com second-year student appeared in June 2026. The student opens "Result June 2026". Then the B.Com, BBA, BCA row dated June 30 is picked.

What the UPRTOU Provisional Marksheet Shows?

The online result is a provisional marksheet. It lists the following details for each paper:

  • Student name and enrolment number
  • Subject code of each paper
  • Assignment marks out of 30 and TEE marks out of 70
  • Total marks, grade and result status

The official exam record decides if the online result and printed marksheet differ. This rule appears in the Information Brochure 2026-27.

UPRTOU Grading System and Pass Marks

UPRTOU follows a 10-point grading system. A paper needs 36 percent to earn the pass grade.

Division is decided on overall percentage. The B.Sc. rules give First Division at 60 percent and Second Division at 48 percent. Third Division starts at 36 percent.

Example: A student scores 24 of 30 in assignments. The same student scores 40 of 70 in the TEE. The paper total is 64 of 100, which earns grade B+.

UPRTOU Result Problems and How to Fix Them?

Most result complaints fall into three groups. Each has a set fix.

Assignment or Practical Marks Missing

A blank assignment or practical column keeps the paper incomplete. The university asks students to report this within one week. The clock starts on the result date.

Important: Requests after 90 days are not considered. The paper must then be cleared as a back paper.

Result Not Found

Students should first check the session. A June 2026 exam result never appears on the Dec 2025 page. Revised results carry an "updated on" date. The Result Correction page also helps.

Paper Shows NC or Incomplete

An NC grade means the paper scored below 36 percent. The student fills the exam form again for the next TEE. Assignment work must also be completed again as per rules.

How to Apply for Challenge Evaluation After UPRTOU Result 2026?

Challenge Evaluation is UPRTOU's revaluation system. It runs in two stages under guidelines issued on April 18, 2026. Applications and fees are online only.

The experts do not see the original marks. The university takes the average of their two scores. That average becomes final, even if it is lower.

Note: If marks change by over 20 percent, INR 1,500 is refunded. The university keeps Rs. 1,000 of the Stage 2 fee.

Example: A student gets the BA result on July 2, 2026. Stage 1 must be filed by August 1, 2026.

Results arrive as PDF notices. The December 2025 scrutiny result came on July 12, 2026. The June 2025 Challenge Evaluation result came on December 6, 2025.

When Will the UPRTOU December 2026 Result Come?

The January session TEE is scheduled to begin from December 15. The December 2026 results are expected in March-April 2027, as per previous trends. The December 2025 results followed the same pattern.

UPRTOU Result 2026 FAQs

Ques. Can second- and third-year students take admission before their previous result is declared?

Ans. Yes. Eligible second- and third-year students can apply for admission even if their previous examination result is awaited, subject to the university's admission rules. For the July 2026 admission session, the admission deadline is September 30, 2026. Students should complete the admission process within the prescribed deadline and submit any pending result documents when required by the university.

Ques. Can I check the UPRTOU Result 2026 by name or roll number?

Ans. UPRTOU TEE results are checked using the enrolment number rather than the student's name or regular roll number. Students should enter their correct enrolment number on the result portal to access the TEE result. The roll number is used for the BAT/SBAT entrance examination result, so students should use the details applicable to the examination they have taken.

Ques. What does the “Updated On” date mean in the UPRTOU result?

Ans. The “Updated On” date indicates that the university has subsequently revised or updated the particular result information. If a result has been updated after its initial publication, students should download or view the latest version of their marksheet/result rather than relying on an older copy. This is particularly important if the student has undergone result correction, evaluation or another applicable process.

Ques. Will students who passed the June 2026 examination receive the degree at the 21st Convocation?

Ans. Yes. Students who successfully completed the eligible December 2025 or June 2026 examinations can be considered for the degree-awarding process associated with the 21st Convocation, subject to fulfilment of the university's requirements. However, result corrections made after July 6, 2026 may not be included in the eligibility data for that convocation. Students should follow the latest convocation instructions issued by UPRTOU.

Ans. Yes. UPRTOU released the BAT/SBAT 2026 result on August 11, 2026. Candidates who appeared for the entrance examination can check their result using the details prescribed on the entrance portal. UPRTOU has also made the applicable B.Ed. and B.Ed. SE counselling letters available through the entrance admission process.

Ques. Can marks decrease after UPRTOU Challenge Evaluation?

Ans. Yes. Challenge Evaluation can result in the marks being increased, decreased or retained, depending on the outcome of the evaluation. The final marks are determined according to the university's prescribed evaluation procedure, including assessment by the designated experts. Therefore, students should carefully consider the process before applying. Where required, students should first use the Stage 1 scanned answer-script facility to review their evaluated answer script.
