OUAT 2027 notification was officially released on October 23, 2026. Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT) conducts its own UG Common Entrance Examination (UG CEE) for admission to all undergraduate programmes. The university offers 725 seats across 7 UG programmes at 9 colleges across Odisha.

OUAT admission 2027 covers state quota seats for Odisha-domicile candidates. A separate ICAR 20% national quota is open to all-India applicants. All admission is strictly entrance-based with no direct admission route.

Admission Update:
  • B.Sc. Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry and Community Science: 2027 notification released. Form-A expected March to April 2027 (Tentative).
  • B.V.Sc. and A.H. / B.F.Sc.: Same OUAT UG CEE 2027 cycle. Exam expected June 2027 (Tentative).
  • B.Tech. Agricultural Engineering: Same exam cycle. PCM subjects mandatory.
  • No direct or management quota admission at OUAT. OUAT UG CEE is mandatory for all UG seats.
  • Two forms are required. Form-A is for exam registration. Form-B is for rank generation. Missing Form-B means no rank and no admission.
  • Final merit uses a composite score: 50% entrance exam percentile, 25% Class 10 marks, and 25% Class 12 marks.
  • Odisha domicile is required for state quota seats. ICAR 20% and VCI 15% (BVSc only) are open all-India.
  • Application fee (Form-A): INR 2,000. Non-refundable after payment.
  • Category reservation: SC 8%, ST 12%, Green Card Holder 5%, PwD 5%, Armed Forces Personnel 3%.
  • NRI/PIO seats: 60 seats available across programmes.

Direct Admission at OUAT: OUAT does not offer management quota or direct admission. All 725 UG seats are filled through merit via OUAT UG CEE 2027.
