CBSE Term-1 Examination 2021-22: On December 10th, 2021, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducted the Physics examination for Class 12 students. The examination began at 11:30 a.m. and ended at 1 p.m. The 35 marks exam was conducted in offline mode.

CBSE Class 12 Physics: Exam Analysis
As per media reports, Seema Behl, Principal, Brain Child International School said:
"The number of numericals were more, as compared to direct answer questions. This may make the paper slightly difficult for average students although most of the numericals were direct application of formula. Also since the mark allotted per question was 0.7, because the child had to answer 44 questions out of 55 for 35 marks making the paper lengthy".
CBSE Class 12 Physics: Exam Pattern
The exam consisted of three sections and was for a total of 35 marks. The first section, Section A, contains a total of 25 questions, of which the students were required to answer 20. Section B contains a total of 24 questions, of which 20 must be answered. Finally, part C contains only six questions, five of which must be answered. There was no negative marking in the exam, and all of the questions received equal marks.
The Central Board of Secondary Examination's Class 12 term 1 board examination will end on December 22nd, 2021. Psychology will be the next exam, which will take place on December 11, 2021. Students must bring a printout of their respective CBSE term 1 admit card to the examination hall in order to take the exam, as no student will be allowed to take the exam without the admit card.
Students were given detailed instructions to use either black or blue ballpoint pens to darken their responses on the OMR sheets.
All the examination centres were provided with the answer keys for the CBSE Class 12 physics exam. The answer keys were given to them with the objective of assisting them in checking OMR sheets.
