The MCA course is really good. The course consists of a good syllabus. Lots of IT skills. There are around 10 faculties present in the MCA department. The faculties are really good and the teaching level is very good.

Placements are quite interesting when compared to other colleges in the same tier. From the 6th sem, students are eligible for placements. Around 1.5k offers are dumped every year with the highest upto 52lpa an average of around 6lpa

The course curriculum at RNSIT for the MCA program was comprehensive and well-structured. I chose this course because of my interest in computer science and the desire to gain in-depth knowledge of various aspects of software development and information technology. The faculty members were highly qualified and experienced, with expertise in their respective fields. The faculty-to-student ratio was favorable, allowing for personalized attention and interactive learning experiences. The faculty employed various teaching methods, including lectures, practical sessions, and group discussions, which enhanced the overall learning process. Term exams were conducted timely and provided a fair assessment of our understanding.

One of the notable aspects of RNSIT College's placement efforts is its dedicated placement cell. The college has a team that actively engages with companies and industries to secure job opportunities for students across various disciplines. The placement cell conducts career counseling sessions, resume-building workshops, and mock interviews to prepare students for the job market, enhancing their employability skills. However, it is worth acknowledging that there is a discrepancy in the number of placement opportunities for MCA students compared to engineering students. MCA students may encounter challenges in securing placements at the same rate as their engineering counterparts. It is crucial for the college to address this disparity and work towards equalizing placement opportunities for all disciplines.

I chose Electronics and Instrumentation branch. The faculty and HOD are very supportive. All the lecturers are having a deep knowledge of the curriculum. Exams are conducted in a strict manner and in a healthy way.

Placements are very good about 99% of students got placed in previous years. Companies like hcl, wipro, tata etc came to hire good and brilliant minds. the highest package is about 5300000 and the average package generally lies between 450000 to 550000

Students become eligible for placements from the sixth semester. A lot of top companies like Amazon, Accenture, Adobe, Bosch, etc. visit the college for recruitment. The highest salary package this year was 56 LPA offered by Adobe. The majority of the students get placed.

The college is affiliated with VTU. They still follow the old pattern. The syllabus is very outdated and lengthy. There are two sems per year and total 8 sems. In each sem there are three internal exams and two lab exams. You have to pass in all the exams. Apart from these you have to submit assignment and lab records also and for normal lab classes also you have to prepare and come. Facilities of ise branch are chill but for cse faculties are very strict. They will always keep you busy in various activities . You will not get personal time to develop your skills. For every class the strength is not more than 60 . The professors are mostly assistant or associate professors. Hods have some higher degrees. The exams are easy but you have to mug up the things to pass.

as we all know bca has a very good scope and job opportunities but I didn't opt for this because of this reason, I chose this as I was into coding. my college has a very good faculty and discipline is maintained among students at best. Well, exams weren't that hard as in degree you don't go in-depth about subjects.

placements are very good here, everyone will get placed they just have to practice every day and attend more and more drives. drives are very organized with ample time to prepare. The hr manager of our college is really approachable and very happy to help us, students, whenever required.
