- The campus is that huge the annual fest is teknieks its good as special as you and see in iits and nits the classrooms are pretty old sports are encouraged you have a good opportunity as a sports student
- Good scholarship opportunity i am from snq quota which stands for a small numerical quota as i only pay 35000 every year there are a lot of scholarship opportunities and many scholarships up to 50,000 are received by my friends.
- The faculties are very much supportive and kind also their teaching is also good.
Dislikes
- The teachers are good and helping but the learning experience is average as the basic concepts are over dealt and the practical approach is very less and insignificant which makes it irritating and boring.
- Hostel facilities are not that good as some toilets are broken, wifi is bad, tec.
- Here faculties are very strict they cause a lot of chaos for attendance and deduct marks if you lose attendance lab exams are all conducted very strictly thus increasing the education quality for students.

- Many good clubs and very supportive seniors.
- Some faculties are really good and very friendly.
- Very good placement opportunities and good companies visit the campus.
Dislikes
- Not much sports related opportunity in campus.
- Mess food at South campus is not upto the mark specially for North Indians.
- Hostel wifi sucks the most and very frustrating.

Course Curriculum Overview:
I choose this course because I was interested in coding, student faculty ratio is good, and many faculties are Ph.D. holders and are chill and supportive while a few are strict, we have 2 internal and one external exam in a semester here, and 85%attendane is necessary.

- Placement percentage is the one factor I liked here in the college.
- Some Teachers are very good and can understand their lessons properly.
- The college has a great history and great alumnis which makes the college even better.
Dislikes
- After the division of campus, for most of the activities we have to go to south campus.
- Hostel fees is very high so we have to find pg which is not near the north campus.
- North campus is still in development stage. So it would be boring in starting days...
Placement Experience:
From third year companies will start recruitment. Companies like Infosys, wipro, TCS, Amazon will come. Placement percentage is around 90? highest package is around 47 lakh. After getting the degree my plan is to get placed in a good company through campus recruitment itself and I have to work hard for that.

- Location its located outside city for North campus
- The food quality is poor its unhygienic sometimes
- Its the first batch in north campus so its scary

The national institute of Engineering Mysore is ranked in the top 5 colleges of Karnataka in terms of placement.
The placement will start from the 5th sem onwards for good companies.

- Hostel was very and the warden are literally good and friendly
- The placement was good and good companies were been coming here
- The teachers were really friendly with the students

- The college environment like school or pu collage
Placement Experience:
The placement was good like the average package is around 8lakhs and the median is also around 8 lakhs and the highest is 53lakhs it is based on the student's preparation it will be getting like if they prepare in a good manner means they will get a good company with good package

- Campus Placement is the only thing I liked in this college
Placement Experience:
Yeah college campus placement is the only good thing that the college can provide and the average package of the ISE department goes up to 11lakh per annum. They train you for the placements to make sure that most of them get placed. The placement percentage is quite good in this college

- Lectures in NIE are cool and at the same time strict.
- We get chances to enroll in lot of clubs.
- We will be getting the all job opportunities to our mail.
Dislikes
- Food in hostel is not that good, but quantity is good.
- The campus is located away from city 14kms.
Placement Experience:
No worries about placements for tech/it branches, they'll get placed in a mass recruiting company even if don't have good knowledge about it. My plan is to work hard and get a job in mnc like Google, Microsoft, etc.

They pay good package for freshers but there's a lot of competition for recruitment in jobs

- The beautiful south campus which has lush green gardens everywhere
- The diamond Jubilee complex which gives a next level look to the college
- Many good knowledge holding faculties help us in every problems we faced
Dislikes
- The barren north campus, which gives very bad impression abt the college
- The revaluation system of exam papers, they take non refundable 3000 rupees for revaluating the paper even if there is miscounting
Placement Experience:
If we are enough skilled, we have a chance of getting placed in a good company in the 5th sem itself, in which 6 students are currently selected for VISA as interns for a 60k per month stipend.
10-12 lacs is the avg package for cs-is students
Almost all the people who appear for placements get placed in IT branches
My plan is to go abroad after my degree to pursue my master's.

- Strict curriculum not much freedom for attendance
- Heay pressure for assignment causing deduction in Mark regularly
Placement Experience:
The college has top quality placements all from CSE and ISE are averagely placed for 10L and even core branches get placed for around 5L they are happy for the jobs they get here Cisco, Delloite, Amazon, Netflix, TCS, and Wipro are the major companies where people get placed.
