- The campus is that huge the annual fest is teknieks its good as special as you and see in iits and nits the classrooms are pretty old sports are encouraged you have a good opportunity as a sports student
- Good scholarship opportunity i am from snq quota which stands for a small numerical quota as i only pay 35000 every year there are a lot of scholarship opportunities and many scholarships up to 50,000 are received by my friends.
- The faculties are very much supportive and kind also their teaching is also good.
Dislikes
- The teachers are good and helping but the learning experience is average as the basic concepts are over dealt and the practical approach is very less and insignificant which makes it irritating and boring.
- Hostel facilities are not that good as some toilets are broken, wifi is bad, tec.
- Here faculties are very strict they cause a lot of chaos for attendance and deduct marks if you lose attendance lab exams are all conducted very strictly thus increasing the education quality for students.

Course Curriculum Overview:
I have chosen computer science and engineering due to placement purposes one can get into top companies through campus placement. faculties are good and helping. Many have completed their phd and are well qualified.

Ferom 5th sem placements starts , companies like Microsoft ,Google, Infosys,Wipro,Benz, Bosch comes for placements . Highest package was 54 lakhs and average package is 12 lakhs , 100% placements for students

- Clubs, activities, campus, food, supportive staff
- Many cultural events takes place in the college.
- Many skill training sessions will be conducted.
Dislikes
- Nothing to complain, except the location of campus
Placement Experience:
NIE Means placements, placements means NIE, the college has reputation for it's placements, provides a pretty good training for this, highest package was given by Goldman Sachs it was about 65lpa, the avg will be around 12lpa and CS branch has reputation of achieving 100% placements

- I like in our college is that the hostel and College block is not so far
- The faculty is very friendly, The labs are very good
- Best thing is that they conduct many Workshops like Advanced C programming, Internship offers...
Dislikes
- There is no proper Gym (it's under construction, it may take 2 months) and library is open only from 9 am to 5:30 pm

From the 4th semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. There are many famous Companies which visited our college,
The highest was about 63 lakhs per annum,]mThe average package was about 12 lakhs for Computer science and engineering

- Hostel is decent with decent facilities.
- Placements for core branches is also pretty good
- Placements for IT branches is also good.
Dislikes
- Sports is not given much importance as much as it should be given
- Seperate campus for IT branches was a bad idea
- There's no choice electives. They are simply given.
Placement Experience:
Usually from 3rd year placement drive starts. Companies like Palo Alto, Jp Morgan, Visa, IBM visit our campus. Placements for core branches are also pretty good. Highest package was 56 lpa last year. Most of the students get placed unless they opt for higher studies.

- Unnecessary , outdated syllabus just to burden students
Placement Experience:
As I Heard from seniors and other faculties, internship starts from 6th sem and placements from 7th and 8th semester.
Highest was 43lpa lowest goes till 5-6lpa
Percentage of students getting placements is high upto 80%
After degree, start up or if it doesn't work job.

- I liked placements here , which is very good with high package
- Faculty here are very friendly and some faculty are not good
- Clubs here are very good an there are plenty of clubs here .
Dislikes
- Campus is very far from the city which is very boring
- Library facility here is not good it could be improved
- Food here will be very bad and if you are north Indian it will nightmare for you.
Placement Experience:
Placements here are very good and they offer an average package of 12 LPA usually 6th-semester students get placement opportunities first and the placements are very good here highest package is around 55 LPA.

In Karnataka, The National Institute of Engineering is one of the famous hubs for campus placement. Almost all students will be placed from the 5th-6th sem onwards. NIE has the highest package of 64 lakh for cse and an average package of 16.5 lahks.

- Hostel is well equipped with all facilities like Wi-Fi washing machine etc
- Quality of teaching is very good and the teachers will clear all your doubts regarding the topic
- People here are very friendly and will help you with whatever you require
Dislikes
- Literally in the middle of the jungle so not much of amenitiel
- Labs are ok but need to be developed severely and to be equipped with the latest PC's
- You can't enjoy much in the North campus as its literally in the middle of the jungle
Course Curriculum Overview:
From a child, I was always keen to explore the digital world. So when I reached the age wherein I needed to choose my preferred course, I had no doubt as to which course I wanted. It was computer science and engineering. I was fortunate enough to get my preferred course in a very good college in Karnataka. The faculties here are very helpful and will clear any kind of doubts you have regarding the subject. The way they teach is very easy and understandable. The term exams were moderate and with a certain amount of preparation, you can easily score good marks.

- I liked the college rooms and library facility
- And we have peace environment and alla other things
- And the faculties are very good in all branches
Dislikes
- I disliked thing is that here bus facility is not good
- And our college is foraway from the cities
- And if we go out outside there will no transport facility
Placement Experience:
Our college is the best college in Mysore we have well placement statistics more than three hundred companies visited our colleges like Infosys Cisco Mercedes Benz and other companies have visited last year.
