Acharya Narendra Dev College Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From the 6th semester onwards students may apply for the placements, many placements cells and companies visit our college in the month of May and June. Last year the placements were organised online due to covid norms Companies like TCS, WIPRO, AMAZON, SAMSUNG, ONE COGNIZANT. contacted our college for the placements.

I wish to prepare for the government exams and various competitive exams such as cat and banking exams. I think the knowledge the college provided me with enough knowledge to pass these exams and yes I think this is my plan for the future after completing college.

I selected BSc. Maths Hons. because I am fond of mathematics. I wanted to learn more mathematics as it's my favorite subject. 1:62 is the teacher-student ratio in class. Faculty is highly qualified. Most of teachers have PhD degree. And rest are persuing PhD having MSc degrees. Overall teaching method is average. The faculty of Real Analysis is worst, faculty of Calculus is quite good and facuilt of Group Theory is average. Semester exams are always taken on time there would be no delay. And passing semester exam is not a big deal. If one would study on an average level then also can easily quilify the exam.

The average package you can get as placement from this college is about 5 lakh to 7lakhs per annum. Lenovo, infosys, samsung, wipro are some of the companies which provide placement in this college.

I chose this course because all of my friends had chosen this course as well and it has a very good scope for the future. The faculty to student ratio is around 1:20 which is very good. The faculty has all the professional degrees to be qualified to teach us and their teaching methods are useful as well. Term exams are conducted twice a year and there are very easy to pass.
