JEXPO 2020 Application Form (Extended), Registration Dates, Fees and Process

    JEXPO 2020 Application Form is now available till April 15, 2020, earlier the last date to submit the form was March 31, 2020, which has now been extended by the conducting authority. The application form can be filled in both online and offline mode. Application fee for offline and online mode is INR 500 and INR 450 respectively. 

    Candidates who have passed class 10th from a recognized board will be eligible to apply for JEXPO. They are advised to read carefully the information brochure carefully.

    JEXPO (West Bengal Polytechnic Entrance) is a state-level entrance exam conducted by West Bengal State Council of Technical Education. JEXPO is conducted to provide admission to undergraduate Diploma courses in Engineering & Technology offered in the various government/private polytechnic institutions of West Bengal.

    JEXPO 2020 Registration process has begun on January 2, 2020. Candidates may go through the official dates of JEXPO 2020:

    JEXPO 2020 Eligibility

    There are certain JEXPO 2020 eligibility criteria to be fulfilled by candidate to apply successfully for the exam. JEXPO 2020 eligibility is given below: -

    • Candidates must be an Indian citizen.
    • They must be having domicile of West Bengal state.
    • Students who have passed class 10 from a recognized board in the state can apply.
    • They must secure at least 35 marks in aggregate.
    • Candidates appearing in class 10 and whose results are awaited can also apply.
    • There is no age limit prescribed for this exam.

    How to Fill JEXPO 2020 Application Form?

    JEXPO Application Forms 2020 is available in both online and offline mode along with the information brochure. The procedure to fill the JEXPO 2020 Application form in both online and offline mode is given below: -

    Online Mode

    • Visit the official link webscte.org
    • Check JEXPO Application Forms 2020 in the notifications section.
    • Click on it.
    • Register on the site.
    • Fill all the details asked in the form
    • Choose your nearby exam center
    • Upload the scanned images of photograph and signature in prescribed size and format.
    • Click on submit.
    • Before submitting, candidates are advised to review their filled-in details in JEXPO 2020 application form.
    • Pay the application fee.
    • Take a printout of fee receipt.
    • Also take two copies of the application form.
    • Once the application forms are submitted, candidates will receive SMS regarding successful submission of forms.

    Offline Mode

    For the offline mode of application, the candidates need to visit Government-sponsored or self-financed polytechnics affiliated to the West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development, Government ITI and Private ITIs in West Bengal and collect the forms in person by paying the application form.

    JEXPO 2020 Application forms should be duly filled and submitted on or before the last date at the designated polytechnic centers. Take two copies of WB Polytechnic 2020 Application Form and collect the fee receipt. Put your Signature in the Application Form.

    JEXPO 2020 Application Fee

    • For online submission of JEXPO Application forms, candidates have to pay Rs. 450 (Rs. 225 for Kanyashree enrollees)
    • For offline submission of JEXPO Application forms, candidates have to pay Rs. 500 (Rs. 250 for Kanyashree enrollees)

    Hi Madan, following are the eligibility criteria for JEXPO exam:

    • Candidate must have passed class 10 with English, Physical Science and Mathematics as a compulsory subject from any recognised Board for Secondary Education
    • Minimum marks should be 35 % in aggregate
