What is TUEE Result 2027?
TUEE 2027 result is the official score and rank document released by Tezpur University after the entrance examination. It tells you whether you have qualified for admission and where you stand among all test-takers for your chosen programme.
Tezpur University is a Central University established by an Act of Parliament in 1994, located at Napaam, Tezpur, Assam. It runs strong programmes in science, technology, management, social sciences, law, and design. TUEE is conducted every year to fill PG and select UG seats that are not covered by other national-level exams like JEE Main, CUET, or GATE. Regular B.Tech admissions at Tezpur University use JEE Main ranks via JoSAA/CSAB — TUEE does not apply to that programme.

TUEE 2027 Qualifying Marks
Tezpur University sets minimum qualifying marks to shortlist students for the programme-wise merit list and counselling. Just qualifying does not guarantee a seat — your rank among all qualifying students in your category decides your chances. The expected minimum qualifying criteria based on past cycles are below; official numbers will be published in the TUEE 2027 prospectus around March 2027.
| Category | Expected Minimum Qualifying Marks |
|---|---|
| General | 40–50% (programme-wise, as notified) |
| OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) | 40–50% (programme-wise, as notified) |
| SC / ST | 35–40% (programme-wise, as notified) |
| PwD | As per university norms in the official prospectus |
Tezpur University also applies its reservation policy at counselling — 15% seats for SC, 7.5% for ST, 27% for OBC, and 60% of total seats in most programmes reserved for permanent residents of North-East states. Category-wise closing ranks from the counselling rounds are the best indicator of your admission chances.
TUEE 2027 Merit List
Tezpur University releases a programme-wise merit list after the TUEE result. Your position on the list directly decides whether you get a seat in your chosen course and at what round.
- A provisional selection list comes out first. Check it carefully and flag any errors to the admission cell before the deadline.
- A final merit list is released after corrections and used for the actual counselling and seat allocation process.
- Separate lists are prepared for the All India (AI) quota and the North-East state (NE-State) reserved quota.
- The merit list is available by logging in to the admissions portal at tezuadm.samarth.edu.in.
- In the 2026 cycle, the provisional selection list was released in early July 2026, with a seat confirmation deadline of July 15, 2026.
If your rank is on the borderline for your programme, keep checking the portal for a second or waitlist round. Tezpur University sometimes conducts additional rounds if seats remain after the first round.
