The Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani has declared the BITS Higher Degree (HD) Admission Test Iteration 5 result 2026 on the official portal at admissions.bits-pilani.ac.in. The result covers admission offers made on the basis of GATE, GPAT, and BITS HD-Test scores. Selected candidates must accept the offer and complete the fee payment on or before August 8, 2026.
Candidates who accept the seat must physically report at the allotted campus on August 10, 2026. The Iteration 5 offers are for two-year Higher Degree programmes across the Pilani, Goa, and Hyderabad campuses. The offer letter can be downloaded after logging in with the application number and password.

How to Check the BITS HD Iteration 5 Result 2026?
Allotted candidates can view their status by logging in to the admission portal. The steps are listed below.
- Visit the official portal at admissions.bits-pilani.ac.in.
- Click on the GATE, GPAT and HD-Test Score Based Offers link.
- Enter your application number and password to log in.
- The Iteration 5 seat allotment result will appear on the screen.
- Download the offer letter and save a copy for reporting.
How to Accept the Seat and Pay the Fee?
Candidates who wish to confirm their allotted seat must accept the offer through the same login portal. The acceptance fee must be paid on or before 5:00 PM on August 8, 2026. Payment can be made through net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.
Missing the payment deadline will lead to the offer being withdrawn. The vacated seat will then move to the next iteration, if BITS Pilani chooses to conduct one.
Iteration 5 is a later counselling round in the BITS HD 2026 cycle. It gives waitlisted candidates a fresh chance as seats freed up by earlier rounds are offered afresh.
