Patna Medical College regulates UG/PG/Paramedical courses under its 35 departments and follows the semester-wise academic curriculum. The academic batch of MBBS course starts from July and continues for the following four years and has 4 University examinations during the entire course, in the month of December. The College conducts the internal examination in each semester before the University examination.
