COMEDK BArch Counselling 2026 Round 3 Schedule Released; Check Edit Choice Filling Last Date

The Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) has released the Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) Counselling 2026 Round 3 schedule on its official website at comedk.org. The Round 3 counselling covers only General Merit (GM) seats. Candidates can begin the edit choice filling process from August 27, 2026.

The edit choice filling window will open at 2 PM on August 27 and close at 2 PM on August 30, 2026. The seat allotment result and fee payment window will open on September 2, 2026, at 2 PM. Candidates must complete college reporting between September 2 and September 4, 2026.

Candidates must note the following schedule for the Round 3 counselling process. Each activity has a fixed start and end window.

Who Can Participate in COMEDK BArch Round 3 Counselling?

The Round 3 counselling is open only to candidates eligible under the General Merit (GM) category. Candidates must have a valid COMEDK BArch rank for the 2026 admission cycle. Those who have already accepted a seat in earlier rounds must check the seat cancellation window before applying again.

The vacant seat matrix for Round 3 was released on the official portal on August 25, 2026. Candidates should study the vacant seat list before locking their choices.

How to Complete Edit Choice Filling for Round 3?

The edit choice filling step allows candidates to update their college and course preferences. Candidates must log in to the COMEDK counselling portal using their credentials.

• Visit the official portal at comedk.org.
• Log in using the application number and password.
• Open the Round 3 choice filling section.
• Review the vacant seat list for Architecture.
• Add, remove or reorder college and course choices.
• Save and lock the final list before 2 PM on August 30, 2026.

Fee Payment and College Reporting Details

Candidates allotted a seat must pay the counselling fee through the online portal. The payment window opens at 2 PM on September 2 and closes at 11 AM on September 4, 2026.

After fee payment, candidates must report to the allotted college within the reporting window. COMEDK has advised candidates to plan their travel in advance to reach the college on time. Students should also confirm the reporting timings for Saturdays and public holidays with the allotted institute.

Seat Cancellation Window

Candidates who do not wish to retain the allotted seat can cancel it online. The seat cancellation window will remain active until 5 PM on September 4, 2026.
