Guntur Round Table Members Distribute Books to Students of Municipal High School

The Guntur Round Table Chairman has said that they have several charity works lined up for the next few months. Many young business leaders who are part of the Table are eager to participate in the service activities.

The Guntur Round Table (GRT) members distributed books and stationery to school children at the municipal high school in Swarnandhra Nagar in Guntur on 21 August. Members Surendra Sriram and B Bhargavi bore the entire cost of the books.

Many members of GRT are zealously taking part in the service activities by sparing funds. In spite of having their own business enterprises, the members were extending financial support to the charity works. School principal Rajyalakshmi played a significant role in bringing the children to the school to receive the gifts from GRT members.

Around 350 sets of books were distributed to children from classes 1 to 8. The sponsors said that it was a happy moment for them to spare funds to distribute books to the children from the slum area.
