HP NEET UG Round 3 Final Merit List 2026 Released; Check Choice Filling Dates

The Atal Medical and Research University (AMRU), Himachal Pradesh, has released the Himachal Pradesh National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (HP NEET UG) 2026 Round 3 Final Merit List on the official website at amruhp.ac.in. The merit list has been published for admission to the 85 percent State Quota MBBS and BDS seats in Himachal Pradesh.

Candidates whose names appear in the final merit list are now eligible to take part in the Round 3 choice filling and locking process. The Final Merit List PDF is available for download in both overall and category-wise formats.

HP NEET UG 2026 Round 3 Important Dates

AMRU has notified the full Round 3 schedule for MBBS and BDS counselling. The important dates are listed below.

Who Is Eligible to Participate?

Only candidates who completed fresh registration between September 22 and September 27, 2026 are included in the final merit list. Applicants must hold a valid NEET UG 2026 scorecard and meet the Himachal Pradesh bonafide residence requirements laid out by AMRU.

The merit list covers aspirants who have applied for the 85 percent state quota MBBS and BDS seats. Candidates must verify their rank and category in the published PDF before proceeding to choice filling.

How to Complete Choice Filling and Locking?

The choice filling window opens on October 1, 2026 and closes on October 4, 2026. Candidates must log in to the AMRU counselling portal using their registered credentials.

Aspirants can select their preferred colleges, courses, and quotas in order of preference. Choices must be locked before the deadline, as unlocked preferences will be auto-locked by the system on the last day.

What Happens After Choice Locking?

The provisional seat allotment result will be declared on October 6, 2026. AMRU will publish the final seat allotment on October 8, 2026 after reviewing grievances raised against the provisional list.

Candidates allotted a seat must report to their designated college on October 12 or October 13, 2026 for document verification and admission. Failure to report within the window will lead to cancellation of the allotted seat.
