New Delhi: As per the latest updates, the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IITD) and the University of Queensland have collaborated to create a joint PhD program to support PhD scholars to deliver global impact.
A tweet by IIT Delhi informed, “Interested candidates may register for a webinar from 10:30-11:30 am (IST)/ 3-4 pm (AEST) on September 12 & 13 to find out more about the program and application process.”
To apply for the PhD program, the applicant must complete an online Expression of Interest (EOI) between September 1 to October 3, 2023. To submit an EOI visit the official website at uqidar.org/apply.
The official notification reads, "We are seeking applications from exceptional candidates with backgrounds in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, humanities and social sciences, for projects commencing in January 2024."
The official statement further stated that “Through the UQ-IITD Research Academy Joint PhD program, one can receive a scholarship to study at two world-leading, research-intensive institutions on multidisciplinary projects.”
