LPUNEST 2026 August Session Registration Opens at lpu.in; Check Last Date to Apply for BTech

Lovely Professional University (LPU) has opened the Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test (LPUNEST) 2026 August Session registration on the official website at lpu.in. The session covers BTech admissions at the university. Candidates must complete the application and book the exam slot by August 15, 2026.

The entrance test will be conducted from August 4, 2026 onwards. The last date for admission through this session is August 20, 2026. LPUNEST is offered in both online remote proctored and test centre modes.

LPUNEST 2026 BTech Exam Pattern

The LPUNEST BTech paper runs for 150 minutes. The exam carries a maximum of 400 marks. Candidates attempt four subjects from the five options.

English, Physics, and Chemistry are compulsory subjects. Candidates then choose one from Mathematics or Biology. Each subject has 25 questions worth 4 marks each.

The paper contains multiple-choice and fill-in-the-blank type questions. There is no negative marking for wrong or unattempted answers.

Eligibility for LPUNEST 2026 BTech

Candidates must have passed Class 12 or an equivalent examination from a recognised board. They need a minimum of 60 percent aggregate marks in the qualifying exam. Physics, Mathematics, and English must be among the subjects studied.

LPUNEST 2026 Application Fee

The soft copy LPUNEST kit costs Rs 1,000 for all candidates. The printed LPUNEST kit is priced at Rs 1,500. Fees are payable through net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.
