MAH 3-Year LLB CAP 2026 Schedule Released at llb3cap26.mahacet.org; Check Round 1 Option Form Details

The State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell), Government of Maharashtra, has released the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) Round 1 schedule for the Maharashtra 3-Year Bachelor of Laws (LLB) 2026. The schedule has been issued on the official CAP portal at llb3cap26.mahacet.org. Round 1 option form submission has also begun on the same portal.

Candidates whose names appear in the final merit list can now access the portal. They must fill their college preferences in a set order of priority. The process covers government, government-aided and private unaided law colleges. All participating colleges are affiliated with Maharashtra state universities.

What the Round 1 Option Form Involves

The option form is the most important step in the CAP. Candidates list their preferred law colleges in the order they want. Seats are then allotted based on rank, category and preferences.

Aspirants should study the seat matrix before locking their choices. The seat matrix lists intake by college, category and quota. It is published on the same official CAP portal. A well-planned choice list improves the chance of securing a preferred allotment.

2. Log in using your MH CET Law 2026 application credentials.
3. Open the released Round 1 seat matrix and study it.
4. Add preferred colleges in a strict order of priority.
5. Review all entries carefully before final submission.
6. Save and print the confirmation page for future reference.

Who Is Eligible for CAP Round 1?

Only candidates who feature in the final merit list can take part. This list was published by the CET Cell on July 24, 2026. Candidates outside the list cannot fill options in Round 1. They may become eligible in later CAP rounds if seats remain.
