NEET 2020 first round of counselling has commenced from today, November 3 and candidates can register from November 3-4, 2020 on the official website of Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), mcc.nic.in.
Candidates who qualified for NEET 2020 can access the portal mcc.nic.in. They can participate in the first round of counselling for 15% All India Quota (AIQ) Category seats along with seats available for JIPMER and AIIMS.
Meanwhile, state authorities will be separately conducting the NEET Counselling 2020 for state quota category seats.

NEET 2020: Round-1 Counselling Registration
Follow the steps mentioned below to register for NEET 2020 Round-1 Counselling:
Step 1: New Candidates have to register on the official website of MCC (Medical Counselling Committee) for counselling on AIQ using NEET UG Application Number, Roll Number, Name and Date of Birth.
Step 2: After registration is confirmed, retain printout of registration slip for future reference.
Step 3: Registered Users can now login using their login credentials.
Step 4: Click on 'Choice Filling' and then on '+' to select the choice.
Step 5: Submit choices and attend mock allotment set by authorities. This will help to understand whether a preferred seat is available or not.
Step 6: Candidate has to lock choices as per preference within the stipulated date.
NEET UG 2020 Counselling: Documents Required
At the time of counselling, documents that will be required are as follows:
- NEET 2020 Admit Card and Rank Card
- Provisional Allotment Letter
- High School & Intermediate Mark Sheets and Passing Certificate
- Birth Certificate and Proof of Identity
- Category Certificate (If Applicable)
- Passport size photograph (Six)
