College is decent but you should not expect much from this college as a university otherwise you will be disappointed. So it is a neutral remark about the college. Nothing so negative to consider. Overall a decent college
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is different from other institutes focuses on practical education. Follows western universities style of education. it is still in experimental phase though. but overall it will be enaging
Placement Experience
They are as bad as other institutes in terms of placement and job opportunities IT and CS is having good numbers of recruiters though but the core branch placements are horrible. They provide pre-placement training services they have tie up with third party educational institues
College Events
Cultural fest is good but lacks to support for financially but the student still manages to organize well, Tech fest is competitive local colleges partcipate in huge numbers decent amount of prize amount also there, Sport events good
Fee Structure And Facilities
It is on the higher band of moderate fee structure. But not definitely feasible by any mean. They provide scholarships to students also on merit basis. If you are from an average family you have to rely on study loan
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarship is provided to the students with good rank in the entrance examination by the college otherwise may scholarship available from the state government as well as central government even some trusts help or scholarships
Campus Life
You can expect all kinds of extracurricular activities from this college. They have active societies and clubs to participate. You have wide range of options to choose from dancing to robotics to painting
Hostel Facilities
Yes opted for staying in hostel for four years of my degree, the rates at that time was on the higher side as compared to the house rents in the locality. They charged 18000 a year. Infrastructure is decent.
Alumni/Alumna
It is there but not a very strong network of alumni. Still you can expect. The alumni engaged with college is not of decent amount. College need to focus on connecting more and more numbers of alumni to the network and keeping them engaged
Admission
Through OJEE entrance and later online counseling process because at that time it was not declared as a university. You have to choose colleges and courses you are interested in online and lock it. you will be selected on merit based
Faculty
They are of a good some of them are really expert in their field of education some are fresher M.tech and some even fresher B.tech graduates. They have a internal rating system for their faculties but that is not effective enough yet.
