Remarks
College is very good. just need to get grant which will lower the fees structure for poor student who dreams to take admission in the college. We want to develop our country and as in the work we need to provide good colleges and education to students.
Course Curriculum Overview
It's good to get jobs after completion of MSc. The exam is 50 marks each for the subject as there are 6 subjects for a seem total of 300 marks. For passing you need at least 20 marks out of 50 as you would then be considered as pass in every subject If you got at least 20 marks out of 50 from every subject.
Placement Experience
As the college is very prestigious and reputed the companies get attracted towards the college as the college also provides huge bunch of students as fresher's to the companies. There is also internship in the college. They provide the option for internship at the final semester. As am in the first year so I don't have any idea about the internship yet.
College Events
Am new in the college.college just arranged a workshop of geology for geology students.as am a geology student I attend the workshop which is going on. It was a lecture organised by college the IIT BOMBAY teacher T.K. Biswal.
Fee Structure And Facilities
As the college is autonomous so the fees structure is also much expensive. They took around 50000 for the Msc course. The first year we need to fulfil the amount of 50,000 and same for the next year. They offers huge amount for admission.
Fees and Financial Aid
As the college is autonomous there no facility or scholarship are available to the students admitted in the college. As fast as I know there are no Scholarship are available for the autonomous college like fergusson.
Campus Life
The college provides a huge ground where the different sport are always been conducted. The labs of the college are very big and good to study for long long periods. There are also a huge auditorium named as n.k. wadia amphi theater. It conduct good cultural programs.
Hostel Facilities
As we know the fergusson college is a old famous college. So the hostel infrastructure is also old time. The hostel is good enough. They provide single room for every student. As am staying in the room it has the leakage problem. Otherwise the staff is friendly and the hostel is also good.
Alumni/Alumna
I haven't interacted with the seniors yet but they are good enough to collaborate with. They are helpful to everyone junior student. There Moto is to development of the college and the student also. There also an student group who works for students.
Admission
I got 10th rank in the college entrance then they allow me to take admission. It was a lengthy process. they call me for admission. then I went to college, it was so amazing. Then the admission process took the whole day and finally I got admission to the prestigious and wonderful Fergusson college. I feel so lucky to be admitted here.
Faculty
The msc in fergusson college is good. As we know it is very prestigious college as we want to get admission. This college also provides more job opportunities as we look further into the carrier.the faculty is science and there are so many jobs to get after msc. It is good bas for getting settled down in life.
