College review

There is a mixed of positive facts and negative facts. This college provides a lot of opportunities to grab but the issue is of time. Here you will not get the enough time. If it comes to infrastructure it is good from outside but the classes specially in a building are very suffocated because of lack of air.

The curriculum is good but the issue is with time. In less time it's like everyone is rushing behind the syllabus. The exam structure is good only just in place of open book exam if it will be closed book then it's much better. Open book exam is creating issues as we are going out of track just making notes not learning anything so only closed book should be there. It will be helpful for us.

Placements and jobs. This is quite an interesting one. Vit gives a huge variety of options when it comes to placement or jobs. A student can sit in more than 100 companies. It is a great place to grab the opportunities it depends on an individual how we take these opportunities.

There are two major fests in the vellore institute of technology. One is gravitas and the other is riviera. Gravitas is tech fest of vit whereas Riviera is the culture fest of vit. Participants from various universities and colleges participates in these fest.

Fee structure of vit is expensive. mostly the hostel fees. the hostel fees is much expensive as compared to academic fees. But if we will take the fees of birla institute of technology then fees of vellore institute of technology is much much relaxing.

Loan facility is provided by the vellore institute of technology. There are various scholarships as well. Loan facility is very useful for the students who can't pay the whole fee of the university in one go. If we talk about about scholarship I am not aware much.

Vellore institute of technology provides a lot of opportunities whether is this the field of sports or cultural activities. They are very good. A lot of opportunities are there just we need to grab it. It depends on each and every individual how they takes these opportunities.

Out of 10 it is 6. Hostel outside infrastructure is good but when it comes to inside picture rooms are small especially the single rooms. Single rooms are like you will feel suffocated because rooms are congested.

Yes I do have a contact with a senior. Seniors are very helpful here. They guide a lot. They help us whenever we need. They are very helpful. whenever we need their help they are always their to help us. This I am telling from my experience. It's good to have contacts with seniors.

There was an entrance exam held by the university. Based on scores counseling happened and students got allocated various campuses of the Vellore institute of technology. The admission process was quite smooth and well organized. I didn't face any issues while admission.

Faculties are good. If somewhat more knowledge will be there it will be better. Atleast before classes teachers should prepare themselves and then should come to class. That will be a beneficial for the students as well as they can get the clear picture or understanding from the teachers.
