Course Curriculum Overview
The Course Curriculum defined for our batch had lots of subjects which don't have any practical experience or aren't of any use. But now the batches which are entering have various important subjects like Machine Learning, IOT, AI - which are really important for the Engineering Curriculum. For our batch we had :- 1) Mid Semester of 25 marks 2) End Semester of 60 marks 3) internals of 15 marks But the new batches are having lot more tests.
Placement Experience
The Placements of our college is increasing tremendously. This year only Students got placed in companies like Lowe's , OnePlus, Samsung, Amazon, Amdocs , ZS Associates, Futures First, KPMG , PwC, Nomura. So , from this you can get a knowledge of how the placement is going on. Yes , our college provides Internship for final year Students for a duration of 6 months. This year i.e. 2019-20 the highest package is 19 lakhs and the average package is around 8 lakhs.
College Events
The Various Festivals are celebrated in the College but there are other festivals like Cultural Fest, Sports Fest, Technical Fest. Cultural Fest - Vibrations Technical Fest - Techvibes Sports Fest - Cavorts These are the names of the various fests organized in our college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It's quite feasible compared to the other private colleges in India. The Four year of Engineering without the hostel part costs around Rs 7.8 lakhs for our batch. And there are various ways to get Scholarship as well.
Fees and Financial Aid
The College offers GP Birla Scholarship , which is offered to students having GPA greater than 8 and whose father has annual income less than 3 lakhs. According to that Scholarship is provided to the Students of the College.
Campus Life
the College provides almost average to highly equiped laboratories, which are required for the various courses in the College. The Extracurricular activities are generally sports, fests. the Sports facility provided inside the campus is minimal as there isn't a proper ground for that.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes , the alumni network of BIT Mesra and BIT Jaipur as well is very strong. The Senior Students help the Juniors with their experiences of Placements , which in turn is very helpful for the Juniors to prepare for the particular Companies.
Admission
The BIT Mesra University conducts admission internally through the JEE Main Ranks every year. Students get an option to give preference to the Campus ( Deoghar , Jaipur , Patna) and streams. And the selection is done based on the JEE marks merit.
Faculty
Few Faculties are very strong in their knowledge but there are few Faculties who are just there. Few Faculties who are good in knowledge- they would support you from the beginning in every thing be it studies or any other problem outside college as well.
