Remarks

College campus is full of trees and looks like a forest with deers and peacocks here and there. One who admires nature will definitely love this place very much. 400 acre campus and well developed buildings and is eco-friendly for the animals too.

Course Curriculum Overview

Very good curriculum based on Madras University and semester based examination. Courses offered here are of high standard curriculum and consists of 6 semester. Continuos assessment tests are also conducted to keep the students prepared for examination.

Placement Experience

The placements are based on merit and as well as talent or skill of the graduate. College does provide internship for students and it enhances one's experience and exposure.

College Events

There is atleast one event every week in Madras Christian College and the main Cultural events are College Auditions, Deepwoods, Utsav, Moonshadow, Octavia, Galarompics, Dynosia, Attara, etc.

There are two streams in Madras Christian College. Day stream is government aided stream and the fees is very feasible. Evening stream is self financed stream and the fees is moderate.

There is an alumni committee and it is very helpful in student and college relationships even after college for the alumni students.

It was a tough call for me to get placed in this reputed college. One of the finest colleges in India and ranks in the top 10 Best Colleges in India. The selection was based on Mark's secured in 12th standard board examination.

Every teaching faculty working in Madras Christian College have atleast a master's degree and many of them are M.phil. graduates. They are of very high standard and very student friendly.

Position environment

Likes

The staffs are very kind and respectful.
The teaching is helpful to reaching a growth for the students
I would like to say my college atmosphere is very nice

Dislikes

The quantity of the foods also very less.
The canteen foods prices are too high.
The distance of the restroom is very long

The college have so many placement and they Provide many opportunities for the students. The company's also provide a different jobs roll Which makes students to apply and participate to the placement and interview.

Internship opportunities

Likes

The faculty members were supportive, approachable and guided us well throughout year
I liked the friendly and positive campus environment
The BBA curriculum gave me a good foundation in business and management

Cultural events could have been organised more frequently
More opportunities could have been given to students to show talents
More inter- college events could have been organised

Placements are available in the final year, with companies offering roles in sales , human resource, banking, and management many students got placed with good package. The package are dependent on the company and profile

The best college life

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities in my college are good, with campus placements starting from the final year. Companies from different sectors visit the campus and offer roles based on students’ skills and qualifications. The salary packages vary depending on the company and profile. A good percentage of students get placed through campus recruitment. After completing my degree, I plan to start my career in a Digital Marketing or Business Management role and gain practical experience.

Likes

Infrastructure , coaching , food, location

Dislikes

Peoples are divided by caste. Students sittimg with their fellow caste students .

Culturals are good but daily class test is bad. Ever period was test very bad computer Mam are very strict no any casual takes. Every time have test. But good teached computer labs. And class.

A view on recent days MCC

First there is no test admission it purely based on your cut off mark and first come first serve. The factors that made me choose Madras Christian College were it's tradition and culture, in mcc we have rich culture and traditions which took places throughout the year, I get to know about this from my brother. A life in MCC

I have a applied up to 8 college and I got selected from all the 8 colleges First one Guru Nanak Second one Vivekananda College Third MCC Fourth Loyola Thomas College Sixth dgv 7th Hindustan College And SRM ramapuram I have choose the MCC College because it has good amount of surroundings and and good amount of environment which are useful for the people who are studying there and they have different types of cultures and people all over from India you studying in the college. Nmcc there are 70% of the people are from Kerala on 30% from Chennai. So colleges good campus interview on teaching skills on speaking skills and kind hearted person.
